With a snort, he spoke again, not fighting against the enforcer on his back, "Harder- I'm almost there-" Of course, he was just being a dick to be a dick at this point- and he had no respect for any form of law enforcement.

He pushed his knee on Viktors back further in, now definitely very hurtful even for someone who doesn't already have back issues. The Enforcer secures him to the ground, now putting the handcuffs on.

"If you keep going like this, you're never getting out, sumprat." That last word was spit out with such hate.

Once the handcuffs are on, he brings one hand up to the back of Viktors head, forcefully pushing his face down into the ground. No reason but to hurt him further.

Viktor's face scrunched briefly in a pain grimace as the notches of his back brace further was pushed into his flesh and bone. His expression flickered no reaction at the slur. He has been called it too many times over the years for it to suddenly spark significance in damaging his ego. The tightness of the cuffs was harsh and aching but he didn't complain out loud.

"Is that how you Pilties get your rocks off-" He was cut off by being forced to eat the pavement. He breathed an inaudible gasp, spitting the blood from his busted lip onto the sidewalk. Blood also dripped from his nose now.

"Fucking topsiders," he spitefully muttered through an excess of saliva and blood pooling on his tongue. He'd be lucky if he didn't chip a tooth during this whole ordeal- or broke his nose.
