Call someone ‘gay’, make fun of someone’s weight, or their clothes, or how poor they are, or point out when you think someone looks ‘funny’ - maybe elbowing your friend in the ribs and pointing - we’ve all done it, and if you haven’t, bless you. I know I’m guilty of it more often than I’d like to admit. But what we don’t realize is that sometimes our single-serving joking is an all day, constant barrage for some people.

This was the case for Michael Morones, an 11 year old boy who was a fan of My Little Pony - ironically, a show about the magic of friendship. This young boy was bullied so much, he thought it would be better to kill himself than to endure one more day of it. Luckily he was rescued mid-attempt but has suffered brain damage. It’s sad, it’s a shame and it really puts things in perspective for people that have and have been bullied.

The awesome people at www.TeeVillain.com and I have teamed up to help Michael’s parents with the medical expenses. I’m donating my commission and TeeVillain is donating all the net proceeds to help.
