Behold, The Roast Pepper and Mozzarella 3000:
A long, pointy pepper
garlic, because Fat Uncle says garlic makes everything better
Some nice bread with olives in it
mozzarella
a bit of good cheddar
basil, because it's pretty
butter and olive oil
Slice pepper length-wise, thinly, thinner than a thin thing that's been thinning. Roast with garlic until the smell makes you hungry.
Place on bread slices. Ditto with the cheeses. Ditto with the pretty basil.
Establish a hot presence on your stove. Place pan on presence. Place olive oil on pan. Place butter on bread-things. Place bread-things on pan.
Flip.
Flip the damn bread.
There.
Wait till slightly burn-y at edges and you can see cheese running in slow motion.
Cut in twos which mock all established mathematical knowledge of what an actual half is.
Eat.
