if you dislike/bash a female character because she gets ‘in the way’ of a ship, you’re a toxic shipper.

if you support pedophilic or abuser/abuse victim relationships, you’re a toxic shipper.

if you bash on straight ships solely cause they’re straight, you’re a toxic shipper.

if you bash on a gay/lesbian ship because of the different sexuality, you’re a toxic shipper. (and homophobic)

if you push the creator to make your ship canon, regardless of sexuality, you’re a toxic shipper.

if you think shipping a straight ship in high school is okay but is lewd when it’s gay/lesbian, you’re a toxic shipper.(and also a hypocrite)

if you bash/hate on a person because they just don’t like your ship, you’re a toxic shipper.

ships are meant to fun and harmless, don’t be hateful or toxic. a lot of shippers know their ships won’t be canon or that it may not make sense but that is not a reason to hate on them or bash them. if it’s not your cup of tea, scroll away and move on.
