Her mouth slightly open to protest, but quickly changed her mind. Coffee sounded amazing to Liv, and she have about an hour or so before the nanny returned to the house with her son. “Only one cup.” Liv told Eric as she pushed herself away from the wall. “We still have to break into my house.” A small smile played on her lips. It was a sentence that the Russian American never though she would hear herself say.
“What do you do?” It was a question that had plagued her mind since she had entered his house. The area they lived in was part of the upper class of Vegas, so that left Liv thinking of a few colorful career choices for Eric.
“We’ll get back into your place in no time, don’t worry about it,” Eric reassured her as he lead her into the kitchen to pour a cup of coffee for her. Sliding a cup over to her, he poured himself one and took a sip before answering her question. “I work at the local hospital as the head plastic surgeon,” he told her with a small smirk. “And what is it that you do?”
