mariah king was born and raised in windenburg, in a multicultural household by her adoptive parents, surrounded by her adopted siblings who like herself, were adopted. mariah was known for her bright, enthusiastic personality and for being a big ball of energy from day one. she was a renowned athlete in her high school days, most notably the ace of her high school’s track and field team. mariah fell in love young and hard, she became pregnant to her high school sweetheart at age sixteen. high school and college were no match for their affections, mariah managed to graduate and later went on to college where she later fell pregnant with her second child.
life didn’t pan out the way mariah had hoped, or intended. she found herself out of college with a degree, engaged to the man who she believed to be her forever, raising two children in a rundown house in the suburbs, working her nine to five office job. but she wasn’t happy. after much contemplation, she set herself free from her relationship and went on to pursue her life, hoping to become the best version of herself; whatever that looked like. a couple of years later, mariah finds herself applying for a season of the bachelorette, seeking her second chance at not only love, but happiness.
note: i tried to limit what use of cc i used on mariah. her cc includes her hair, her make-up ( i used the same look across all of her outfits and just changed out the colours ) and her accessories ( necklace and earrings ). i hope this is okay and that i’m not too late to join in on this, i’ve never joined something like this before.
