EXPERIMENTS
My attempt at editing some of the photos I took.
For the first image, I put a sheet of wet media acetate over the lens. For the second image, I reflected it with a mirror.
Left = Before
Right = After
I experimented with different tints, vibrance, saturation, etc.
EXPERIMENTS
I decided to venture beyond materials I shape and form by myself, and to try finding other materials around me. I took a walk around my dorm to see anything that I could use. On some of the experiments I tried, I brought my compact mirror with me and a sheet of wet media acetate and used those to create effects.
The photos above are just some examples of the shots that I took. One of my clear favourites is the top left, which had spray painted barks of wood and hay.
I believe that if I further edit these images, I can create an even better artwork
Experimented with a bit of editing for my first experiment

Experiment 1: Wireform and Mirrors Inspired by Jaqueline Ball, I experimented on creating a landscape-esque photograph using various materials. The first one I wanted to use was Wireform and mirror. I liked the way the mirror makes it more abstract

Final Transformation, Reflection, and Statement
My process in my final transformation. I got a template for a dome and cut it out on cardboard. I then proceeded to glue gun everything together.
My final transformation process. I got a template to create a dome and proceeded to cut it out with a box cutter. Once I made four of these triangle shapes, I glue gunned them together to create a dome
Experiment 3: one of my personal favourites. I noticed how a lot of the other students used lighting to showcase their boxes. So I decided to try and do my own take of lighting with a box
I took this box of delicious Shapes and decided to play around with it.
I started poking holes through it and outlining the letters and shapes (pun intended)
Don’t mind the huge gap I tried using a pen but failed miserably. (But’s that’s what experimentation is about!!)
After some meticulous poking I finally finished it!
Before...
After!
I thought that this was very awesome, and that it really shows what kind of amazing things anyone can do with so little material.
