Slowly standing up so his frame towered over nir small frame. “Walking, yeah definitely good for the environment” He laughed, following nir along the almost empty pathway, bar a few stragglers still escaping the school grounds.

Playing with the loose strands of his long black shirt, his figure towered over nirs and he watched her bounce along the path. Ne was a different breed compared to the mutts that hung around Mount Olympus, and it was a fresh change. Nir bright personality was almost contagious, almost.

“Y-yeah, I needed something different, y’know?” He laughed, “And a top hat seemed just the thing. Are you getting any new ones?” He smiled, looking down at nir.

Ne smiled widely at his laughter, mood blossoming from happy to exultant. “Oh, absolutely!” Erin gushed, clasping nir hands in rapture. “I’m definitely getting the dragon hat and the plum pudding hat! And I think you would look very handsome in a top hat! It will make you even taller than you already are!”

Eyes glimmering, Erin looked up at the boy with a grin. “Though I do also think you would look very good with a nice frog hat, too. Oh! And they sell loads of accessories! I may even get the dinosaur-topped sunglasses if they’re still there!”

It didn’t take long to reach the store (especially not at Erin’s pace), and ne bounded forward, holding the door open for nir companion. “After you!”

Oh, it stands for Playable Trailer. One of the most messed up things, it was a trailer for the new Silent Hill game.

Terror is just my thing I guess. Huh… I have to say maybe one of the Silent Hill games, or The Evil Within… That’s a good one. Man, PT was really good.

Yeah, the castle’s really fun. The night shift is alright, but the characters are cool. I think people call them jumpscares… not sure why. These kinda games are hilarious!

Hat Party | Erin + Theo

Spending the last period of class thinking about hats, he quickly rushed to the front gate to meet Erin, the girl with the turkey hat. The curious accessory had led to a rather long conversation about where to get it, and Theodore couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get another hat.

Sitting in front of the school gate, he barely noticed everyone else around him move until he saw a figure standing in front of him. “Oh.. Hey, you wanna go now?” He smiled.

Erin couldn’t wait to show off where ne had bought the turkey hat from. Ne was hoping to buy a few of the other hats ne’d seen there: namely the dragon hat and the plum pudding hat ... even if Christmas was a little over eight months away. Erin watched a sea of people part and frowned slightly -- just slightly -- at their actions. Teenagers judged each other so terribly, and Erin purposefully tried to do just the opposite. If someone was ignored or ostracized, Erin tried to be the one to bring them into the midst of everything, to include the outcast.

Of course, it helped that ne genuinely liked everyone, anyway. Adhering to the petty high school social hierarchy had never been nir forte.

A grin broke out on nir face at the sight of Theodore and his own smile, and ne nodded enthusiastically. “I sure am! And it’s not too far off, so we can walk there rather than drive, which is so much better for both us and the environment!” Erin’s eyes sparkled with excitement as ne began leading the way. “So, you’re looking for a top hat?”

Okay, the castle sounds scary, and Freddy’s is about a night shift, right? I’ve never been a huge fan of the nighttime, though Sonya would disagree with me. So I would definitely find them scary! At least there’s a genre of video game to suit everyone, I suppose!
