She's inspired by Metroid Prime 2: Echoes Dark Suit! One of my fave Samus suits in the entire franchise.

She's a defensive fighter with snow+ ice powers focusing on grappling and deflecting hits away from herself using an opponent's own force.

She is also blind, and can use things like external body heat and the sound of grounded snow to detect her opponents.
