Memory Not Valid

The blue power is all over and around the place

weakened , .. powerless

can’t move, react

so many whys are hitting me to the ground

powerless to even think about answers

feeling everything... still feeling empty

have a lot of memories.. remembers nothing

memories are back to fight for their home inside

their shades are passing through my eyes

not recognizable, who the hell are they?

i remember that feeling : hurt, sorrow, but what is that shade ? Don’t know!

i left the past ... past never forgets

the blue power stopped time for a long long time

trying to push it with the powerless’s power

my breath was taken , not enough air

looking for help .. i see people around

people: she has a very beautiful smile, she is happy, always spreading love and joy around

me: she is losing against the blue, fighting to keep that smile on her face

It's been a while since the last time I've done this type of coaching. I almost forgot how awesome it feels. It was an intense session about communication focusing on the listening part. We think we are good at but we really suck at it. It needs alot of effort to learn how to listen while putting your convictions, judgments and related previous experiences all aside . It was also very challenging to practice how to help the person who is talking by only asking the right open ended questions that helps him discovering new aspects and dig deeper into the main issue, how to let him figure out the solution himself. I'm still working on myself and it's really hard to apply but when you find out that it works, then it worth the effort #mokattam #jesuit #fourdays #followup #training (at Mokattam)

I’m lost in you

كده بقالى سنة فى البيت ده This day when I decided to adapt, Get my shit together and to have my life back I've to admit.. I never got my life back and realized that it can't be happening. Guess what?? I had a bigger better one But full with extremes , mostly painful, but I've made it through all of this anyway learned a lot, I've gone through things thought I couldn't handle. I was depressed, sad and very lost, But without experiencing this I wouldn't have felt the extreme hapiness and how to be really alive feeling every moment of your life
