Kieron eyebrows raised and his eyes widened in shock, the few dates he had been on since his son was born (although Esther didn’t know about him yet) hadn’t escalated to this, nor this fast, but before he could protest or even explain, he was being pulled into another kiss. He couldn’t deny the attraction and this wouldn’t be their first time. “Esther…” he began through the kiss, “Your office…” It would at least give them more privacy.

‘Yes!’ She says with lust in her vocals and grabs his hand and they run across the street to her office. She quickly unlocked the door. ‘Is it just our age difference or do you feel younger night?’ She chuckles and pulls him into the office with a smile right up into a kiss and then knocks the papers on her desk to the floor as she kisses him and sits on the desk pulling him down to her. ‘Oh, Kieron I forgot how much I missed this.’ She says as he kisses her neck.

Kieron’s smile grew, “I doesn’t have to be. The night’s still young, what would you like to do next Esther?”

‘Don’t play games with me Mister Baker.’ She grins and pulls him close. ‘Not to get vulgar, But I’d like to do you.’ She giggles getting away with herself and kisses him.

“Well, it’s been awhile…I had to figure you out again,” Kieron smiled only slightly. “This has been a great night, Esther. I have to admit I was a little sceptical at first…it’s been a very long time since I’ve been out-like this…on a-on a date but I should’ve known you’re always good company.”

‘Well I’m glad you’ve got your mojo back, but please don’t tell me that is your way of saying this night has come to an end?’ She gave a small smile to Kieron.

Kieron returned the kiss no questions asked, although perhaps a little more passionately than intended. Once they were finished Keiron stared at Esther and smiled; “I was wondering when you were going to do that,” he said in a quiet voice.

‘Then what took you so long, Hunk?’ She teases and winks. Now I’m wondering what you’re going to do next.’ She grins with a smug look.

Esther was done with the Petty bullshit she felt Lana was pulling in court. ‘He’s my son. I’ve been a perfect mother to him. You might be just another thorn in my side, but I’m tired of this one. He loves me just as he cares for you. You can either share him with me or I’m taking all of him and I won’t settle for less. So what will it be?’ @lana-knight

“I’m glad you liked it,” Kireon replied with a smile while his eyes quickly dart down to their hands then back up to Esther’s face, which was now glowing thanks to the lovely setting. “It certainly is and you know what makes it even better? The fact that I get to spend it with an old friend.”

‘And what’s that?’ She asks as he tells her and she smiles. ‘Oh Sweetheart, I’m anything but old and your friend.’ Esther says as she stops and kisses him if he wasn’t going to kiss her first she saw what she wanted and she made it a reality.

Kieron smirked and and raised an eyebrow at her, mimicking her and taking a sip of his own drink, not saying anything else but instead just enjoying her company and wondering where the rest of the night may go.

She just grinned and soon they were walking the lighted walk way beside the river. i was dark but the lights reflected off the water and beamed upward onto their faces. ‘That dinner was lovely if I do say so myself.’ She smiles and her hand slides into his. ‘ Beautiful night, huh?’

The thing about these two was that, despite not having seen each other in a very long time, things just fell back into place, and, although it was a little different than before, Kieron found Esther easy to talk to and was assumed by her. “Should I be afraid of the younger me?” he joked.

‘Oh honey you should be afraid for you in the now.’ She winks and sips her wine looking at him with seductress eyes.

“Oh really? Well we’ll see how the rest of the date goes first, shall we? I mean I could have you fooled by first impressions,” he teased. “Although if you think about it… this isn’t really our first date is it?”

‘Oh sweetheart I know where this is going.’ Esther smiles. ‘Well this isn’t exactly our first impression of each other no it’s not.’ She grins rising a brow at him. ‘I remember you quite well.’ She snickers remembering dirty things.

“Sorry,” Kieron apologised, embarrassed. Great start buddy! “Well I intended to keep it up the whole night,” he told her, and flashed her a smile. “Come on.”

They arrived at a restaurant not too far away from the River Court that it also looked out onto the river. “ Given the short notice that I had I thought this might be nice. Will it do for the lady?” he asked Esther.

She looked out onto the river and smiled seeing the lights reflect off the water. she lived the view both out the window and in front of her. ‘It will do.’ She teases with a smile and sits as he pulls her chair out for her. ‘What a Gentleman you have been tonight. I’m looking forward to seeing what else you have up yourself... or under your entire shirt.’ She winks and lifts his glass of wine sipping it seductively.

As soon as Esther stepped out of her office for their date the next evening, Kieron’s mouth fell open (in a good way but unaware to him). “Wow…” he said, “You look…wow.”

“Ahh well hopefully I can meet them,” he said and held his arm out for her to link her’s with. “M’lady.”

‘Pick your jaw up off the ground won’t you?’ She teases gently hitting him with her clutch purse. ‘I know. and I could say the same about you.’ She said with confidence.

‘I’m certain you will try and isn’t that what matters?’ She says as they link arms. ‘Quite the gentlemen tonight aren’t we?’ She grins at him. ‘Wonder how long that will last.’ She teases.

“Yes, I’ll see you at eight, in my fancy suit,” He nodded and gave Esther one of his old charming smiles. “Good to see you,” he also said before he left. Had he just said yes to a date?

‘I’ll be expecting you.’ She says as he smiles his irresistible smile and she shakes her head with a grin at this man. ‘I could say the same about you.’ She says back as he leaves.

The next day comes as does the time for their date and Kieron meets up with Esther and she steps out all dolled up. ‘I hope you have something special planned. It’s been a long time since I’ve been treated like a lady and I have high expectations.’ She smiles.

“I am? I mean I am, course I am. After all what the lady wants, she gets,” he said and cheekily grinned at her, giving her a subconscious wink. “A suit, huh? It’s been a long time since I’ve worn one of those. Oh how you spoil me!” he teased.

‘Atta boy.’ She winks back at him. ‘Well it might be time to get used to that again if you’re going to be hanging with me.’ She smirks. ‘Oh so much and it’s just only began.’ She plays back with him. ‘I’ll see you at eight pm.’ She flirts.

Kieron smiled at seeing her smile, he couldn’t help it, that was another thing he liked about her. “Oh I’m sorry to hear that,” he said, “But I’m glad you have somewhere that reminds you of him and keeps you happy.”

“Why thank you. Don’t worry it’s clean! God of course it is,” he laughed back with her.

Seeing his smile it brought one to her face as well. ‘It’s fine really. it’s been years now.’ She had put that grief to rest. ‘They’re only scars now.’ She assures him. ‘So am I. But maybe a little change wouldn’t hurt.’ maybe that change could be Kieron? she thought.

She laughs with him. ‘Cancel everything you’ve got planned. You’re taking me out tonight.’ She says not asking but as a light demand that that’s what they were doing. ‘Wear a suit.’ She smiles.

Dammit she used the hair flick, Kieron had always secretly found that hot. “Oh well I just figured you’d be living in somewhere like the big apple being the worlds best-and probably sexiest- lawyer while somebody makes a documentary about your life,” he half joked. “Not in a little town like this. Why here?” he asked.

Esther smiles, ‘That would be ideal now wouldn’t it?’ She chuckles lightly. ‘Kieron.’ She shakes her head with a grin, ‘Stop it I’m blushing to the high heavens!’ She jokes, but his comment was very welcoming and exactly how Esther wanted him to think of her. ‘Well, to be honest. This was my late husband’s home. He loved it here, everything about it all the time and I just couldn’t bring myself to leave after he was gone because it was like a piece of him was here.’ She admits. ‘But enough doom and gloom. You’re looking as handsome as ever.’ She smiles once more. ‘Is that shirt new? I sure hope so I mean it’s been years since I’ve seen you last.’ She laughs.

“Very true,” he agreed and slowly nodded, but due to his own irony found himself abruptly stopping. "I remember that much. Fancy office you got here,” he commented. “Oh you know, this and that, I’m kinda surprised to see you here too if I’m honest.”

‘I prefer to do my work around some of the finer professional things in life as you know.’ Esther handled everything in her life strongly and professionally and at times this could get to her not to let her feelings flow before shutting them down. ‘This and that Huh?’ She flicks her hair back. ‘Well that’s very vague.’ She raised a brow. ‘Oh really? Now why is that, Mister Baker?

“Esther?” Keiron said, almost cutting her of, equally as surprised. “This is your office? Sorry, guess I just got confused.” He was about to leave but stopped himself.

“Still in law I see,” he smiled slightly.

‘Why yes it is.’ She comments still a little stunned and wanted to say something as she saw he was about to leave but she blanked and lucky he spoke up. ‘Why quit what you’re good at, ya know? I just so happen to be very good at my job.’ She states confidently. ‘What have you gotten yourself into now?’ She questions.
