Tw depression.  Loss of Hope.  My life atm.

I am having a really hard time finding joy in life at the moment.  Every day I dread waking up just to go to a job I absolutely hate.  Yes I am actively trying to change my job situation, but I just don’t know what to do any more.  I feel like stones are weighing me down and im sinking to the bottom of the ocean with no hope of ever surfacing again.

What does one do as an adult when there are certain aspects of your job that make it pretty unbearable, but you can't quit yet because you don't have another job yet but have bills etc to pay. Fuck being an adult. Literally on the verge of tears at all times
