Oh my God! 18 pages done!! This is my submission for @sjmromanceweek Day 6- Second chances. I took it as "Second chance at love and romance." Lucien's story with Jesminda is tragic, and his story of learning to love again, learning to open his heart again for his mate is something beautiful and I hope we get to see that journey for him and Elain together!

We love the idea that Lucien has been glamouring himself to hide his Day Court powers, especially while growing up in Autumn, for his own self-preservation. We wanted to commission an art piece that depicted his powers surfacing, and all the inner conflict and angst that must make him feel.
