Hello and welcome to my selfshipping blog! You can call me Evan, Evie, I don't mind, and I use they/them pronouns. I've been selfshipping technically for 14 years now, but I didn't know the term/the community until about 6 years ago. I have quite the handful of f/os (listed here!) and I constantly switch which ones I'm focused on, but I love all of my f/os the same no matter who I focus on. I highly recommend looking through my f/o spread sheet list because that’s where my sharing status is for my f/os, but for a very good most of them, I am nonsharing and I will block for my own comfort.

A very important PSA for my self shippers and oc shippers out there to please treat yourself/your oc like the main character! Indulge in it! You are building this world, this ship, this story for you! Absolutely let yourself or your oc be central to the narrative, have a prominent place in it, be involved in major events, be special to the other characters. Show yourself and your characters some love, even if it feels like it’s “too much” or “silly” or “cringe” (it isn’t, I promise you). I don’t care if it feels “cliché” or “overindulgent” because it’s supposed to be fun! Have fun! Celebrate the joy of putting yourself and your characters into stories you love!

MLPS... My Little Pony Selfship..

Bruce's pony name is Shadow Star! He's part of the long line of Star ponies who have lived and helped Gotham city for generations. Shadow has experienced the same tragedy that happened to him as Bruce, and as a result, he become Bat-pony to help fight crime in Gotham.

L's pony name is L. He used to be a Pegasus before a tragic incident took his wings away from him and even his cutie mark. He does odd job for odd ponies (the rogues) and eventually meets up with Bat-pony and well, wants to do better. And blah blah blah, he leaves the bad pony life, and eventually the 2 get together :]

This is pretty much regular Gotham, but with ponies. Imagine the regular MLP universe is happening like 4 hours away LOL, yes, the main 6 know of Bat-pony heheh....

Shadow star has advanced magic he got when he went traveling the world to train. Just FYI, I've only watched the first season of MLP, so I don't know everything haha! I just think ponies are cute :]

Your f/o isn’t leaving you. The idea of being away from you pains them, and they understand it hurts you too. If they go to work or are away for a while, they always come back to you and hold you close as can be, telling you about how much they missed you during their day. All those other people they talked to? Doesn’t matter. Your f/o was still thinking about coming home to you, getting those conversations over with.

You are their number one, now and forever. Even if they’re busy or with other people, they will prioritize you. They don’t think you’re selfish or pathetic or anything negative just for fearing abandonment. And if you need them they will always come back to you to help.
