A new book to add to my collection!!! Yes!!! I’m currently reading Climbing Everest the journal writings of George Mallory and it’s really good so far!!!

I finished Fearless On Everest not too long ago and I highly recommend it!! For those of you who don’t know, Fearless On Everest is a biography on Sandy Irvine and it’s written by his great niece, Julie Summers.

George Mallory had at least three grandchildren, with the most famous being George Mallory II, who successfully summited Mount Everest in 1995 using the same route his grandfather took and leaving a picture of his grandparents at the peak.
