What season 3 of the Flash needs

1) A Villian other than a speedster (which it is forgivable if they do, because it’s a Flash show but Barry’s development should not focus on ‘getting faster to defeat a speedster’ as seen in these two seasons

2) BLACK SIREN (enough said am I right. You kill off great E2 people like Reverb and Killer Frost, let us have Laurel)

3) PLEASE do not pull the “mentor turned villian who killed a parent” trope because I’m sad they did that with Jay. Let Barry have a mentor he can trust *Cough* Wells *Cough*

4) Let Harry stay. He’s great. His dry sense of humor and sarcasm brings great things to the team and his dynamic with the team.

5) More Cisco/ Caitlin friendship.

6) let Barry be his optimistic self. Excited to be a hero and save people. Let him heal while having him face the challenges of the new villian

7) Be nice to Caitlin

8) give me more Cisco/ Dante. (seriously realistic sibling relationship

9) I need me some more nice metahumans. Be realistic, not everyone who turned meta is gonna be evil

10) do not turn KidFlash and Jessie Quick into fan service, but develop them well

11) LISA AND LEONARD SNART. The best episodes of both seasons have had the rogues. Give me Snarts

One more point should be added: They should show more of Barry Allen and Iris West dating.
