It wouldn’t surprise the boy, currently sitting in Chanshik’s lap, at all, to find out that he truly was dating a character from a love sim. Truthfully, before coming to the academy, Sungyeol had spent quite a bit of time playing such games, whether out of sheer boredom or a slight bashful enjoyment, he would never admit to anyone, let alone himself. “Oh, you were the princely character, who loved peanut butter cookies, that I pursued ruthlessly, weren’t you? I thought you looked familiar,” the nerd mused softly, a dazed look of contentment splayed out across his slightly rosy visage, fingers gliding through raven locks, a minor activity he had seemingly become obsessed with. “I can’t imagine why you’d break from your flawless universe, where suitors hung at every corner, to be with someone like me.” His tone was rather playful, but the words he spoke were serious. There wasn’t a cloud of doubt in his logical mind, that he’d never figure out exactly what the other saw in him, not that he was complaining, of course. As unworthy as he was, Sungyeol was also far too selfish to relinquish whatever grasp he held over his boyfriend.
Teeth clamped down on a swollen lip, certain to make it worse, a deeper haze taking over the genius’s expression, quite pleased with the reaction given, regarding the feeling of bare skin pressed against bare skin. While a humored smirk tugged at the corner of his mouth, a series of contrasting moans slipped out, entire body shuddering under the waves of pleasure incisors grazing against delicate flesh incited in him. The fact that their conversation from weeks ago was remembered would not be brushed off either, rather it was rewarded with his own hungry kisses placed along Chanshik’s exposed neck. Though the natural reaction to stammer his lover’s name kicks at Sungyeol for a moment, he decides to go with a hardly breathed out teasing statement, much like the other’s, “A request? Hmm… something like that, I suppose.” Truthfully, the image of having his boyfriend make love to him was something that played up in his imagination more often than not, as of late, despite the fact that they hadn’t been together for very long at all. But as much as Sungyeol longed to fall in the grips of lust, it wasn’t something he planned to ask for. Not on this particular evening, anyway. There were so many stepping stones to cross, lots of exploration to be done, before the steps to that particular sinful dance could be learned.
Events played out much like their former experience with passion, other than a few changed elements, such as Sungyeol being the one sliding his hands up Chanshik’s naked upper body, as he moved to straddle him, in the same way the other had done to him, before they had started dating. Almost as if by clockwork, the nerd’s cheeks bloomed a ruby red, at the utterance of sweet flattery, “Have you? I’m not sure…” he confessed, nose brushing against the tip of his boyfriend’s adoringly, pressing a tender kiss to attractive, pink lips, as his hands continue to run along the expanse of the outsider’s delectable frame, “Have I ever told you how pretty you look all the time? How about how cute your butt is? Or how much you make my heart race?” In fact, Sungyeol was astounded that the male lying beneath him couldn’t hear the muscle pounding against the chest that was mere centimeters above his. From Chanshik’s mouth to his neck, the taller boy laid down a trail of generous kisses, only settling to take an earlobe in between his lips and suck on it, like he had fantasized doing for far too long.
Ebony brows arched as he followed each little movement Sungyeol made, sure that he could do just that for the rest of his life and have no regrets. Surprise was as evident on desire softened features as bold print on a book. Playful banter had not been the expected response, though it was appreciated. "Oh, you suppose, hmm? Whatever you asked for, I'd give it to you, so be careful." Hands spread over a much admired back before roaming lean sides appreciatively. It was so utterly implausible to the swimmer that this one, amazing person had returned his feelings, wanted him as well. He might never fully recover from the shocks one Lee Sungyeol dealt poor, beleaguered Gong Chanshik on a regular basis. Nor did he think he particularly wanted to. A, once dreary, though not necessarily uneventful, life had been brightened immeasurably by the adorable bundle of stammering bad jokes, full lips, wide eyes and more pokemon references than you could shake a stick at.
Heat surged, pulse raced, the outsiders breaking point was breached and dashed right past, left open mouthed in the dust. Honey skin took on it's own rosy hue, veritably blooming under the other male's ministrations. "A-ahh, no. You have def... definitely not mentioned any of that to me. Nope." Long fingers lost themselves in a chestnut sea while their opposites slid over smooth skin slightly digging in unconsciously as he was engulfed in swirling, hot pleasure by Sungyeols mouth. Husky and purred, his sweet torturers name slipped from between pert lips as hips pressed upwards, lost on a tide of bliss. Chanshik panted, taking longer than he rightfully should to regain some semblance of breath. "If you're going to say someone has a nice butt, you should say it to them directly genius! Actually, scratch that, as you're not allowed to think anyone else has a cute butt. Besides you, of course." As if to demonstrate his words, his grip shifted down and back to grasp the clothed backside of his partner and squeeze. Sharp teeth simultaneously grazed the unhindered flesh of the taller boys shoulder before candy pink tongue licked repentant circles over the abused spot. The outsider wanted to lace every bare inch of the other with little love bites and marks, something to show everyone Sungyeol was his alone and they'd better not so much as entertain the thought of laying a finger on him.
It was strange and probably unwanted behavior, but the brunette couldn't seem to help himself. The nerd brought out all sorts of odd urges in him, just like the one compelling his hands to release their hold and drift upwards, savoring each silken millimeter as it passed beneath unworthy digits. Upon connecting with their target, the tips of index fingers swirled around opposing nipples in the scant space between their quivering forms, eager to see what kind of notes he could wring from his boyfriend with this new assault, though the adverse effects it had on his own control were vastly unexpected. Teasing little flicks to the sensitive spots were accompanied with equally provoking kisses traced along a picture perfect neck and jawline. Eyes half-lidded and depths lit like molten magma, lower lip captured between calcified points as he hungrily drank in every sight and sound, Chanshik whispered, "I may not be a certified prodigy genius who knows seven languages, but I know one thing for very certain. Any universe where I can't do this to you is one I don't want to live in."
{`TXT} Twenty-one days. And you only grow lovelier with each passing second. I look forward to getting to know you more, as time goes by. Thank you, for being mine, Chanshik. I can't only hope that I make you anywhere near as happy as you make me. ♡
[text: Q] I’m afraid you’re quite mistaken. The only one growing lovelier in time’s relentless advance is you, my charming baker. Even if I brought a smile to your divine lips every second of every day for the rest of our lives, I doubt I’d be able to pay you back for the joy you’ve given me in this short time. You’re most welcome, Sungyeol. ♥
✖—(x² + y² − 1)³ − x²y³ = 0 「Chanshik // Sungyeol」
Though he was aware of the fact that Chanshik was merely joking, Sungyeol couldn’t help but want to compliment the boy even more, maybe in hopes of seeing that tiny smile grow into something more. “You are much more than else though. It’s quite possible that you are everything. Or anything. Whichever sounds better. Both, perhaps…” That had sounded a lot better in the air-headed genius’s brain, as most things tended to do, but hopefully his dreamy phrases wouldn’t be completely lost on the other. It was rather difficult to speak comprehensively, when one was involved in what seemed to be a light game of footsie. And the nerd wasn’t even fond of that particular body part, in fact he thought they were disgusting. But any part of Gong Chanshik was wonderful. A feather light giggle crept pastshy lips, as he pressed his foot more up against the other’s, young heart racing all because of some rather silly actions.
Chestnut tresses shook about, with the intensity of the head shake the boy gave the other. How long had it been, since Sungyeol had asked Chanshik to go out on this very date? Though the nerd promptly chickened out and didn’t make the next step (rather the other did, with their date to the ball), he hoped to make it up to the outsider eventually, which was the attempt being made currently. So, of course they had to eat Thai food, whether he was experienced with it, or not, since that had been the request, in the first place. “Expanding one’s taste in food is good for you, right? I’m not very picky either, so whatever you like is fine with me,” and this was the truth. The boy had grown up on his mother’s rather bland cooking, so most things were delicious comparatively. Eyes widened curiously at the sound of what his date was going to order and then widened even more still at a suggestion. Both dishes were formerly unheard of for the genius, which probably made him seem ignorant and close-minded to the other. “Oh— I’m not really, no, I’m too sensitive for such things. I trust your tastes, so I suppose I’ll go with that. And if I end up hating it… well, I’m sure I’ll think of some way to punish you for it.” A fond looking expression crinkled up, quietly laughing at his joke, very unaware of how dirty it might have came off as. Awkwardness aside, his date was very lucky, because Sungyeol didn’t particularly care about tomatoes, therefore giving him free range to steal the fruit as much as he liked.
Thankfully, Chanshik offered to order for the both of them, because talking to waiters had always been a challenge for the anxiety-ridden male. Of course, he actually wasn’t very good at talking to anyone, except his boyfriend, and even that was a bit of a stretch. It didn’t seem like a big deal at all to the completely new to the whole dating experience teen, though he did question himself, wondering just how submissive he was about to come off as. “Y-yeah… I don’t mind you ordering for the both of us…” he stammered, finding the answer to his own thoughts. Extremely submissive, apparently. Sometimes, the boy worried about whether he came off as manly enough for the other, or not, but it was easier to hang back, when Chanshik was much better at this sort of thing than he was. They were both leaders of their respective cliques, but Sungyeol was too wormy to take the lead in the relationship, really. While berating himself for not being more of a man, a waiter showed up, notepad in hand, asking for their orders, causing the already laughable amount of masculinity to slink away even more. Waiting for the swimmer to speak up, the genius looked over the menu closely, because wow, pictures of food, how interesting—
"Well, yes, but you shouldn't force yourself to do something if you don't want to." A minuscule frown encompassed handsomely put together features and mismatched eyes narrowed on the table before him. There wasn't much he could do if the other boy insisted, besides hoping he'd made a good choice for him. Placing chin in the palm of his hand, moving to a funnier subject, the brunette waggled his eyebrows in response to his date's, though he assumed it was innocently meant, suggestive statement. "Maybe I should pick an icky meal then. Does this mean you've mastered the Massive Spanking move? No matter how good you are, I doubt you'll still be able to best me with it, but you're welcome to try anytime." Chanshik thought he'd never tire of teasing the cutie he'd managed to snag. Every stammer and blush only served to draw him more firmly towards Sungyeol.
It wasn't as if he were unaccustomed to assuming responsibility and taking charge, no, and as long as Sungyeol was okay with it, he supposed he shouldn't complain. Honestly, the young man didn't mind that his boyfriend wished to step back. If his attraction to males (this being a strange concept considering Chanshik himself didn't identify as anything-sexual, merely choosing to remain inconclusive about the whole, overly prioritized classification) were a math equation, he surmised that appeal would be somewhat dependent on the result of the male in questions masculinity being less than or equal to his own. No rippling body builders and super aggressive men for him, no sir. Thankfully, the taller nerd fell quite nicely into that equation. When the waiter arrived, he began to recite his own order confidently yet courteously, "I'll have the Nuea Yang Jim-Jel this evening and my..." Trailing off, the outsider glanced across the table worriedly, unsure of how to address his companion without inciting his displeasure again. Screw it; there wasn't any shame in his game. "He'll take the Moo Pad Priew Whan." Coward.
With a tight smile that didn't reach his eyes, he slipped the menu from the nerds grasp and placed it a top his own, handing them to the waiter silently. Oh man, he despised feeling as though he were hiding his relationship. What choice had Sungyeol given him though? Apparently his boyfriend was just a private person and the swimmer was going to have to resign himself to it, again. "You sure that was okay? I don't doubt you'll love it, honestly. This type of food is amazing." Chanshik's tone was bright and chipper, but the emotions didn't reach dark eyes dully forlorn despite his tiny smile. A sigh barely escaped that same tight set of lips as the brunette decided to just beard the dragon now and get it out of the way. "Hey, I'm sorry if that whole anniversary thing made you uncomfortable. I don't even know why I kept track of something like that. Pretty lame," the words were drawn out, eyes rolling exaggeratedly in an attempt to dispel any thoughts of him being a creepy weirdo who thought too much about stupid things like teenage dating. "Anyways, it won't happen again. Don't worry." Despite his reassurances, the outsider rubbed at the back of his neck nervously.
"You act as if hair ties cost a lot—" Truthfully, Sungyeol had no idea how much they cost, because his mother bought them for him. But they were essentially bits of rubber, they couldn’t cost that much, right? "Hm, I must disagree, I believe that you are worth any and every kind of action," Sungyeol murmured in reply, drowning into a soft peck, though the sentiments he relayed were quite true. There was no doubt in his heart that Chanshik could easily push a city to destroy itself, not that he ever would, because he was far too lovely of a person, but the charms the outsider possessed were mighty, and Sungyeol would only fall under them every time, with pleasure.
These thoughts were only intensified, as his boyfriend acted on the request made, and peeled off the lucky bastard of a shirt that got to hug such a desirable body. Chanshik’s upper half was an image that occupied Sungyeol’s head space more than should ever be allotted, but the actual result was much more beautiful than anything he could have ever imagined. It took all his power, not to slump over on to the floor and pass out. The nerd had seen many of van Gogh’s paintings, on various trips, but not even his favorite artist’s works could compare to the beauty sitting before, and somewhat beneath, him. Words attempted to churn in the back of Sungyeol’s throat, but when he opened his mouth, nothing came out, except for a single, embarrassing croak. After many attempts at clearing the nerves from his vocal chords, the astonished boy managed to whisper, “You’re the most gorgeous person to ever grace the planet— Wow, how are you real?” And why the hell are you dating me? Amazingly, the (formerly?) pure teenager had never uttered the two more serious curse words before in his life. His parents had taught him otherwise, and like a fool, he obeyed their every whim. Since arriving at Bullworth, he had picked up the slight habit of saying crude phrases, other than the ‘f’ or ‘s’ word, but right now, they hung on the tip of his tongue, because how else could he express the equally pleasing and painful frustration his half-naked partner brought him?
At this point, the poor youth was practically swimming in a body of water solely consisting of swoon, and it only worsened (how it was even possible was not a subject Sungyeol was willing to tackle), when the other used the terms ‘kitty cats’ and ‘piggies’. The ravishing male seemed so intimidating at times, but then at others, he spoke like a child and enjoyed the color pink, and the nerd couldn’t help but adore every bit of it endlessly. His next set of actions could have seemed more absentminded, if a large pair of glazed over eyes weren’t glued to the swimmer’s lean frame, while it occurred. Plush fingertips ran over the contours of Chanshik’s exposed chest, counting and grateful for every bone. “Everything about you is impressive, goofy boy. There’s not a word in the midst of seven languages to describe just how much so.” As fingers pulled at his own shirt, Sungyeol offered only a single nod and a single breath, before sliding it rather easily over his head. He had never been revealed in such a way to anyone before and the genius could only hope that he seemed worthy to his partner, with his awkwardly created body, that was only somewhat fit, due to genes, rather than exercise. Allowing a few moments for Chanshik to analyze him, blush tinting his shoulders with each passing one, Sungyeol then wrapped his arms around his boyfriend pulling him into an embrace. Only what could be deemed a purr left the boy’s mouth at the glorious feeling of skin on skin, that he had been perverse enough to daydream about in all of his classes, and then it happened, just like that, “Fuck…” A sigh, more than a word, but he didn’t feel the shame that he expected, only the warmth he was offered.
If the outsider had known what pure bliss was to be found underneath the loving caresses of Lee Sungyeol, he would never have let things between them be after the taller male first asked him out. Tremors racked his spine while a soft whimper escaped the young man's useless organs for speech. Every square centimeter yearned to feel the same lavishment his chest was and for a good couple of seconds he considered asking his boyfriend to scoot over so that the troublesome pants could be removed as well. But that would require losing contact and the swimmer would be damned before that happened right then. It was never his intention to stare, but that is exactly what ended up happening as the upper half of his most dogged tempter was revealed. Chanshik had never expected the barrier to be relinquished so easily, yet another knack the nerd had for surprising and delighting him. Clearing his throat awkwardly, as if he weren't just staring when touching and tasting would be such better options right now, fingers refused to move as he willed. "O-oh, I'm not. You see, I'm actually just a character in a video game, one of those tawdry love sims even. I couldn't resist stepping outside the pixelated world to be with you though. Congratulations Sungyeol, you broke the fourth wall with your beautiful soul and body. Nerds everywhere have to bow before you."
While waiting for his shocked body to respond to the signals his mind was desperately trying to impart them, the choice of response was removed altogether as arms snaked around him to press the pair of bare chests together, the skin there tingling like it had been zapped with a hundred static shocks. Coffee orbs widened slightly, mouth parted and dangerously close to gasping in the wake of something he'd only dreamed about. Chanshik's back arched unconsciously and hips did their best to press up, needing more contact with the body of his partner in a purely base manner. The oh-so-bad word that escaped Sungyeol was not lost on the the raven haired boy and fingers reached to brush back chestnut tresses from a delicate ear, whispering huskily, "uh oh, should I get the soap?" Gently taking the lobe between his teeth briefly, suddenly enamored with the odd nibbling past time the other inspired in him, his tongue gave the soft skin a parting flick before trailing kisses down the treasured neck and conveniently bared shoulder, his own still bearing Sungyeol's light mark. Perhaps it was strange for him to remember that conversation of theirs, though he truthfully remembered every single one, to make his comment, but that was the first time he'd seriously considered kissing the shy boy, so it stuck especially out in his memory. "Or was that a request too?" It appeared that he couldn't resist teasing his boyfriend, even in times like this.
As the seconds passed, progressively more dirty thoughts clogged what was a typically rather tame mind, thoughts of a blushing Sungyeol pinned beneath him mewling and lost to passion as his hands and mouth worked to weave a silken sheet of euphoria on his lanky frame, paying extra special attention to the adorable string of moles that traveled from ear to chest. The battle between shifting their positions and remaining ensnared in the current comfortable embrace waged in his head for more moments than necessary before the swimmer shrugged it off and settled for laying back on the mattress, hands grasping and tugging on gangly hips, hoping the other male would understand what it was he wanted from the context, hoping to emulate a position the two had found themselves in before, only in reversal. "Have I ever mentioned how pretty you look when you blush?"
Well, if that wasn’t the most beautiful sound ever to be uttered in the history of mankind. A sharp exhale of breath left Sungyeol’s entirety, crushed under the weight of such a moan, that he of all people managed to elicit. Fingers slid across a lean, yet strong, shoulder, pulling aside material, to expose the pale flesh hidden underneath, because the genius would be damned, if he didn’t manage to have Chanshik fill the room with those sweet melodies, over and over. Almost hesitantly, the boy bared his teeth and sank them into the white snow, crunching his footsteps, leaving his mark. Immediately, the blow was softened with remedial kisses and licks, breath rushing out of his nostrils like hot steam. “Shhh, you and I both know that wouldn’t have worked,” a free hand gripped Chanshik’s hand, intertwining their fingers, as an squeaky laugh danced from his swollen lips, that were taking a momentary break from their lustful actions. How there was ever a time that Sungyeol didn’t trust his boyfriend with everything, that there was a time he was scared to kiss him or to even be near him, was beyond the realm of understanding, despite the fact that it had only been a few weeks ago. Also, the fact that he had heard some mixture of the phrase “you’re talented” all his life and felt nothing, yet heard it once from the other and felt everything was something more than mystifying.
A welcome fogginess once again invaded the nerd’s mental wavelengths, as callused palms and fingertips found their way up his shirt. Skin that had formerly been left untouched was now eagerly being explored and Sungyeol couldn’t help but wonder how Chanshik’s hands would feel running along the rest of his shuddering, bare body, which led to thoughts of how their chests would feel pressed up against each other, which led to thoughts of even further naughtiness. Unwillingly, the male’s hips pressed forward, quickly leading them back to the same situation they were in, before they started dating. Did the fact they they were boyfriends now make it alright, or was Sungyeol’s primal urges still crossing a barrier? He barely had time to think on the subject at hand, before having to try his hardest, for quite possibly the first time ever, to pay attention. Chanshik’s favorite color would be pink. How could something so insignificant be so precious? “You look amazing in any color— though I’m a bit fond of how you look in black, but that might just be my personal preference, since that’s my favorite color.”
Eyelids fluttered shut and head involuntarily craned to the side, allowing pert lips more access to the flesh that resided there. Light whimpers dotted the edge of a enlarged tongue, hungry for something only the outsider could provide him, not even minding the feeling of cool air brushing against his slightly exposed front. It had seemed so frightening not that long ago, showing his body off to someone, even himself, but right now, it seemed quite feasible. As blood sped through Sungyeol’s veins faster than the speed of light, it became increasingly difficult to concentrate on the words his boyfriend spoke (which caused the taller male to feel increasingly terrible about it). What was… oh. A band, surely. Something to Google later, so that he could attempt to seem cool, as if that was something even slightly plausible. A moan of his own twirled about in the heated air the boys shared, once Sungyeol’s tingling skin was attacked again. Somehow, he was still able to laugh, the rest of his being unable to find the humor in anything at the moment, “I really did throw my hair ties out, so you won’t have to worry about that.” There were so many things that the extremely flustered boy wanted to say to Chanshik, most of them probably things he didn’t want to hear, but instead he settled for a rushed fact and a possibly unattainable request, “The platypus is my favorite animal — and uhm… I want to see you… uhm… if that’s okay, I mean—” Sungyeol was aware that there was better ways of putting that, so it would be more coherent, but he simply didn’t have the guts for it, instead settling for tugging at the hem of his boyfriend’s shirt, hoping the brunette would figure it out, without having to explicitly say.
"I'll be sure to put more of that in my wardrobe as soon as possible then." Eyes closed in pure self-preservation. How was he supposed to keep control of himself when harmonious notes kept cascading from the plump lips of his partner? Every part of him ached to hear, see and feel more of Sungyeol, even though they'd barely bothered to discuss each other's pasts, interests or dislikes. It was surely a sign of his failure and impatience that even someone as, well, experienced as his hyung had told him to take it slow, but here he was, rushing blindly into things again. To be perfectly honest, Chanshik just couldn't help himself anymore and that was the cold, hard truth. When such intense feelings had taken over his conscious was a mystery, but they were there to seemingly stay now. Chuckling softly, hands reluctantly relinquishing their contact with flawless skin to cover a heat stained face in embarrassment, the swimmer had an odd desire to hide under the bed. "Oh, you weren't joking. I- good grief, you dork! Don't waste your money like that because of something stupid I say."
Gaze narrowed petulantly, his hands transferred from the boring canvas of his own face to cup the sweet one before him. "I'm not worth such a silly action," he muttered in admonishment before laying a tender kiss to the taller male's lips, a welcome reprieve from the fiery ones that had passed between them thus far. A reprieve the brunette needed before he moved to give the other his confusingly spoken request. It wasn't as if this would be the first time he'd ever stripped before someone, yet his fingers trembled slightly, unusually worried there might be something wrong with him in his boyfriends eyes. Chanshik had received many compliments in the past couple of years on his bare chest, but it still caused his breath to hitch nervously as the light fabric of his shirt edged up while the muscles in arms and back worked to slowly remove the thin covering. Dark head ducked shyly as the last of it passed over and was tossed somewhere on the floor to be forgotten. "Well, platypi may be the only thing in the universe as cute as you, but I was always quite boringly in love with kitty cats and piggy's." Bubblegum tongue darted out to lick swollen lips before retreating to it's hiding place in nervous abashment.
Distractedly, he cast about for something, anything to say in response before he could make his own request. There wasn't all that much interesting about him and certainly less he wished to share. The outsider had a lot of his own baggage to deal with and perhaps opening this discussion had been a bad idea, but this was what couples did, right? A restless hand ran up and down the lean thighs before him, the ones deemed incredibly fine. "Er, I guess I'm kind of good at taking care of kids and animals. That's not nearly as impressive as speaking seven languages, sorry." Heaving a slight sigh, Chanshik raised his eyes briefly, only to drop the gaze back down to his lap sharply while fingertips tugged at the material of the others shirt. "You too, can I see?" His heart was in his throat and the outsider had already decided, for better or worse, to go just as far as Sungyeol would let him and wanted to this evening. Well aware of the fact that he'd been the one to blow the whistle last time the pair had come together like this and the fact that he'd initiated this meeting, the brunette was even prepared to sacrifice it all if his boyfriend asked it of him. No matter that the thought still frightened him slightly, but the heat and desires of his body were all too willing to overpower such ridiculous fears.
✖—(x² + y² − 1)³ − x²y³ = 0 「Chanshik // Sungyeol」
Though Chanshik’s boisterous practice was largely lost upon the nerd, having always been a more private sort of person (he’d never admit it, but kissing the other in public had been extremely frightening, if only for the fact that Sungyeol detested those sort of couples that couldn’t seem to keep their hands to themselves, and also the fact that he could practically hear his mother’s nagging in the back of his head about having good manners), there was a selfish, miniscule appreciation over the fact that he had been deemed worthy of being shown off. At first, the taller male thought to utter ‘no, don’t’, his hand frozen in mid-air, as it reached out to stop his boyfriend from crossing whatever silly boundaries he had made up in his head, regarding social actions, but he knew that once the dark-haired boy made up his mind to do something, he was going to do it. It was both a blessing and a curse, but only a mild curse that Sungyeol was more than willing to put up with. It was only a mere speck on the otherwise flawless makeup of Gong Chanshik. Plus, on the positive side, the outsider’s flattery had caused his otherwise nerve-ridden stomach do a few flips and the butterflies that lived there to flutter about bountifully.
Still, none of this could keep a cringe from painting itself across Sungyeol’s features, a much bigger one forming inwardly. There wasn’t anyone, besides the hostess, looking at the couple, but you couldn’t tell that to the anxious male, imaginary numerous pairs of eyes stabbing like daggers into the back of his neck. His own grip tightened around Chanshik’s, utterly clinging to the much stronger boy, hoping to find some sort of comfort within his arms. And then just like that, a dreamy gaze overtook the former nervous fog. He had remembered.Their one week anniversary was a silly thing for the genius to get worked up over, but his relationship with the other practically turned him into a thirteen year old schoolgirl, and it simply couldn’t be helped, but knowing that he wasn’t alone in being aware of this fact put both his mind and heart at ease. So much so, in fact, that rather than the dramatic groveling Sungyeol had planned to do, to beg for the hostess’s forgiveness, regarding his other half’s behavior, he only offered a lazy shrug and grin, mouthing ‘sorry’ out of the corner of his mouth, in a hidden way that hopefully Chanshik wouldn’t notice. Somehow, this small action even earned him a giggle from the girl, before she walked back to her work station, but not before giving the two males their menus, of course.
Only after pulling out his chair and sitting down, did Sungyeol notice that there was a slight hint of warmth tingling from within the depths of his cheeks. Uttering a small breath of a laugh, the nerd beamed, eyes fixated upon the visage of his date, “You’re really… something else, Chanshik.” It was likely to not sound like a compliment to the other’s ears, but it most certainly was one, and the nerd slid his foot affectionately and shyly towards his boyfriend’s, allowing them to touch ever so lightly under the table, as some form of proof of that. With a slight cough, in an attempt to will his flirtations to go by unnoticed, Sungyeol glanced at his menu, already lost within all the food terms. Going out to eat was not a typical action for the genius, despite the fact that his family was so rich. Also, he was not sure how this was supposed to work — did he order for both of them or—? Maybe he was just too awkward for dates, but these small things drove the lanky male insane. “What do you plan on ordering? I must admit that I haven’t eaten much Thai food before,” the nerd muttered to the tablecloth set before him, trying to resist the urge to grab and hold Chanshik’s hand. How pathetic that he was already acting this way. It had only been a week, geez.
It would be impossible for a far more oblivious person to not note the discomfort etched into Sungyeol's being at his selfish actions and Chanshik was known for being at least a little sensitive to the emotions of surrounding people. Though, one would surely question where his brain had seemed to be in certain dealings with others knowing these facts. If there was an award for most awkward person to bring on a date ever, he would probably be receiving it by the end of the night, if his boyfriend didn't realize his horrid mistake halfway through dinner and simply walk out on him, that is. The swimmer had merely wanted to show how much he reciprocated the feelings of being cherished the other had gifted him in their public kiss. Self-doubt rose predictably with a tiny, defeated sigh, causing him to miss a golden opportunity for recompense in the age old romantic gesture of holding out his date's chair.
It was from this mire of regret and doubt that the chirping nerd managed to rescue him with a simple sentence the swimmer clung to more fastly than a life preserver. Glancing up at the smiling boy, eyes narrowed and bottom lip clenched between pointy teeth worriedly, the brunette only allowed his visage to relax at the realization of the foot in proximity of his own and managed a minuscule smile in return. Perhaps, he had not ruined things as badly as he'd thought. "I daresay I've heard that before. Unfortunately, I'm afraid it is a permanent state by this point in time. If only I could be something useful rather than else, but alas, it is simply not in the cards." Snorting softly as his jest, the outsider glanced over the menu, already having a dish in mind, but he liked to check just in case something else caught his eye instead. Sometimes it was those last second changes that made the best decisions. A secret smile played at the corners of pink lips while his leg inched forward to brush their feet together teasingly, as if it were a complete accident.
"Oh? We could've gone to another place if you'd wanted. I'm honestly not that picky." Actually, he kind of was, but Chanshik would sacrifice his taste buds nobly to please Sungyeol. How hungry was his date, should he order them an appetizer too or try to keep it as cheap as possible? Ugh, the outsider hated decisions and their possible ramifications. "I think I'm going to get the Nuea Yang Jim-Jel. If you're not into spicy stuff though, I'd recommend the Moo Pad Priew Whan." Of course, his date didn't need to know that he had every intention of stealing the little cherry tomatoes that came as a part of the suggested dish. "Would it help if I ordered for the both of us then?" Was that okay? Oh gosh, what if it sounded too controlling. The outsider wasn't, really! One could come to that conclusion easily, however, with the laundry list of things he managed to do to gain some kind of influence and power. They hadn't been together for very long at all, what if it seemed like he was moving too fast? All these questions were making his brain hurt and all he'd wanted was to have a nice time with his special person.
Of Tangled Wires [Dasom&Gongchan]
She laughed, slightly surprised but also enjoying the leader’s company. He was definitely not like what she had thought of him and heard from others - now she felt guilty for betraying her own clique and listening to the words of students in Bullworth. It was a stupid thing that she had pondered over and it made he want to slap herself mentally for being so credulous, especially because she had believed the facts from the last people who would praise anybody. This was a result of eavesdropping, and as much as it was somehow quite enjoyable and amusing at the time, she regretted the outcome and even some of the things that she would hear.
"Grim looks? I think you need to get yourself a new mirror." A light giggle escaped her lips, which grew slightly louder after witnessing the total transformation of Chanshik’s face. There was a big difference, now she understood why her first impressions of him leaned more onto the negative side. Dasom closed shut one eye as she brought the picture into better focus, tucking a strand of hair that interfered with her sight. After a few seconds of analyzing its position and straightness, she nodded and gave a thumbs up. "It looks better….well, to me. You should probably take a look too. You’re the expert, after all!" Nodding, she started to move closer so she wouldn’t have to raise her voice to be heard, being a generally quiet person. "OK, will do! That goes for me as well - I don’t mind."
Offering a smile, she watched in silence once more. The girl wondered if the other outsiders were as friendly as him; she hadn’t really interacted with them very much, although some of them were admittedly very nice and relatable. But then again, he was their leader for a reason, and for once she was actually thankful.
"Huh? Oh…" Dasom’s smile faltered faintly, her hands suddenly fidgeting with her ends of her hair, "not really. I guess I don’t have much to do every day. Helping you out would probably be funner than my usual activity, to be quite frank." She tilted her head as she laughed, although she was filled with confusion and curiosity. "I guess we have something in common! But…do you want to be doing this? I mean, would you rather be hanging out with friends? I don’t know about the duties of a leader but if you wanted me to take over with something, I could try. Just so you could have a break or something." The girl crossed her arms, "That is a big shocker. Who wouldn’t want to hang out with you?” Grinning, she shook her head.
"When did you become a leader? The last time I came here there was no such thing." It was true, as a leader had defeated the purpose of their clique and reputation as being the ‘leftovers’. Then again, maybe it was better to have one to connect them together. The Outsiders’ differences to the rest of the schools shaped their similarities to one another.
Leaning as far back as possible without tumbling to the ground, the leader assessed his handiwork under the young lady's suggestion. Though he wasn't the type to be bothered by something so trivial as an uneven hem or crooked picture frame, Chanshik didn't want to hang a lopsided monitor where everyone could see and judge his poor skills. Power was a grave responsibility and a certain image was best to be maintained among his peers. No one could ever accuse him of being carefree, but even the young man was surprised by all he had picked up and, honestly, rather impressed with himself for keeping it together. All in all, he was convinced that he wasn't doing a horrible job either. They had a safe place to turn, a good eye on the whole campus and access to basically everything they'd ever need. What more could you ask for? Well, besides his ultimate goal of total domination.
Blinking, nose crinkled in indecisiveness, the brunette at last screwed the piece into place on his chosen section of wall, making the final decision at last. Being able to take action without quibbling too long in thought was also important. "Well, I'd be mighty grateful for the help. No one else has taken an interest and you'd be my first friend among us. Not a bad acquisition at all with that pretty laugh of yours." Grabbing the next piece to be set up he continued, "Oh, I, uh, don't really have many friends." That was a slight understatement considering his friends could be totaled on one hand and that was even if he still included the one he dated.
"Those guys are pretty busy too, so I have all the free time in the world to take care of things like this, but thank you so much for the offer! If I ever get a big date or something, I may just have to bother you." With a soft chuckle, the swimmer continued assembling the holder.. "Oh, I don't know, only about ninety nine percent of the world and whatever resides in the cold recesses of outer space."
Dasom's next question caught him off guard, however. It was only natural she be curious, but he hadn't really given it much thought. "Well, I guess it all began when I decided I wanted the position. Specifically the eighth of October." A slightly distant look fogs his countenance as he continued, hope tinging his tone, "unorganized and distant as they may be, I see a lot of potential in the Outsiders and I wanted them, us, to get our fair share. It's as simple as that. I don't think being a leader takes anything more than initiative and ambition, so maybe there just wasn't someone with those qualities before." Heaving a sigh, the math wiz shrugged and resumed his work.
"Hey, wait, that means you were here before. Got any tips for the new guy?" His attempt was a blatant break from the uncomfortable topic focusing on himself. Despite being such a narcissist, Chanshik wasn't actually that good at talking about himself and certainly not like this.
It was difficult for Sungyeol to talk about himself. Even when asked for it, the nerd felt conceited, if he droned on about his life, his experiences and everything else in between. Also, there was a real fear, that somehow he would bore Chanshik, being as the other seemed so vivacious comparatively. How to break it easily to someone that their boyfriend did nothing but study, play video games and dream of their partner? But still, the genius found himself longing to allow his walls to be broken down, if only for one reason, and one reason alone, “I want to learn more about you too.” As off-handed a comment as it might have been, it didn’t lessen the sentiment hidden inside it. The outsider took the form of a puzzle in Sungyeol’s mind, one with many pieces, that even his nimble fingers had difficulty placing together in the correct spots. Also, he was just interesting and the nerd had always enjoyed listening more than speaking, though he was more than aware that these sort of things required a meeting in the middle.
These were the thoughts that tapped along the edges of Sungyeol’s mind, in some horrid attempt at distracting himself, from what was currently being offered to him in lustrous folds. It wasn’t working very well. As Chanshik offered nothing but positive responses, the fragile, of flesh, heart and mind, boy managed to only plunge deeper into a vat of emotions that he never thought was possible, beyond the realm of silly romance novels. All planned out responses seemed to vacate the premises, as the other played into what was arguably one of Sungyeol’s greatest weaknesses, if not the actual greatest one, itself. Sentences were replaced with a gasp, hitched in the back of the inexperienced boy’s throat. “I couldn’t stopped kissing you, even if I tried—” he whispered defenselessly, the fact that he was currently lodged on top of his boyfriend, completely lost on him. A series of powerful shudders danced upon a spinal cord, as rough, yet warm, hands ran down the length of the most undeserving body in the world, plumps captured in another dazzling kiss, tongues eagerly exploring what the other mouth had to give.
Okay. Get back on track. One. “I can speak seven different languages,” Sungyeol muttered, as his mouth worked its way down Chanshik’s jawline, traveling to his pale neck, gifting it with kisses, licks and nips, the heat coiling in the pit of his stomach tightening faster than he ever thought possible. Two. “I’m ambidextrous,” it was amazing that the nerd was even able to remember that he could write with both hands, as his own slid underneath the material of the brunette’s shirt, grazing the skin he had longed for what seemed like ages, though it was only a few weeks. Three. “I think you’re the most wonderful boy alive, and I’m so glad you asked me to bake you cookies.” Originally, the fact was going to be ‘my parents hate me’, but the nerd couldn’t bring himself to ruin something so lovely, in favor of something so dark. His prior statement was merely breathed into a most perfect ear, Sungyeol’s nose tracing along the edge of it adoringly. Though he couldn’t be sure if the most adored male had even been listening to his output, he still felt pleased with himself for at least trying.
It wasn't fair. In fact, he was convinced it was the least fair thing on the entire unfair planet. Chanshik's breath alternated between ragged and nonexistent in the wake of trailing kisses in all manner of varieties being laced across tender flesh. Had he taught him to do that? Oh goodness. How on Earth was he supposed to pay attention as creamy skim trembled beneath delicate touches to it's bare surface, the touches it had craved since that first dance, thought it really hadn't been as long as his mind made it out to be? While a much beleaguered brain tried desperately to cling to the words of his partner, the body gave up on all resistance, mostly because it was basically futile at this point. Even though it should have been better off than most, the swimmers heart felt like it was working triple time, his whole chest aching. Was this normal? The brunette couldn't recall ever once feeling so strongly that he might die any second and loved it.
What a gifted tongue this boy has. Oh god, whatever you do, don't say that Gong Chanshik! Please show me how good you are with those hands. No, not that either, um. At least the third thing didn't give him any perverted thoughts or cause to speak suggestive nonsense that would likely only receive his name gloriously stammered in response. It did, however, send a shiver down his spine and a low moan escaped the outsider despite desperate attempts to remain controlled. Such a sweet sentiment whispered against his sensitive skin, the part of him that only the precious male in his loving arms seemed to adore. Eyes closed dreamily and hands fisted in the cloth beneath them, Chanshik managed to grit out in a somewhat coherent manner, "if I was that wonderful, I would have asked for you, not cookies. Dear, sweet, merciful Jiminy Cricket, I always figured you were incredibly talented." He simply could not resist anymore and damned, rough hands slipped beneath the material cruelly separating them from the satiny contours that occupied his mind more often than not. Sungyeol felt like heaven, from the pressure in his lap to the skin gliding beneath adoring fingertips and especially the searing heat of that luscious mouth on his tremulous flesh. All of it combined was doing horrendous things to his equilibrium and a pleasant tension began to build in his midsection.
If Chanshik didn't counter attack soon, he would lose all grips on restraint and fall helplessly into the dark depths of emotions the tall male inspired him to. The young man supposed it was odd to keep likening making out to strategic warfare, but it helped keep the mysterious workings in a linear sensible manner for his thought processes. So, what should the next logical move be? "My favorite color is pink, though I definitely look better in dark blue." As he spoke, hands ran up the taller males back, savoring every centimeter as it fell beneath his touch. The brunette leaned to brush lips softly against the exposed canvas of Sungyeols neck, desirous to cause his partner the same turmoil he was experiencing. In the back of his mind, he noticed the farther his hands rose merely hiked the shirt up to reveal the precious boys skin when he couldn't even see and appreciate it from this angle, briefly pondering whether he ought to just try and slide the whole thing off. That might be going too far though and the swimmer was far more afraid of doing something to frighten or upset the male than covetous of his own selfish wants. "I absolutely love Class Actress music." Attempting to cover his indecisiveness with chatter, he sucked at the sensitive area gently before continuing, "and I would still want to kiss you all the time if you wore your hair in a ponytail for the rest of your life."
✘Treetop || Junghwan & Gongchan
Impact was not as hard as it should have been - mostly because of the person he had (kind-of, sort-of, maybe-a-little) tried to warn of his impending arrival. Junghwan lay in a heap amid pine needles, dirt and his unfortunate rescuer for a moment, trying to catch his breath.
His breath had decided that this wasn’t happening, and packed its bags for Jeju.
After panting for what felt like forever, promising his body he would never climb a tree again if he could just use his fingers for a minute (casually disregarding the crossed ones) the thoughts crossed his mind:
a. did i land on my camera
and
b. who did i land on—
The adrenaline surge from question a) had him upright in a flash, hands digging for the camera-case-strap still slung over his shoulders. The case itself was covered in sap, but entirely intact, and Junghwan breathed a sigh of relief before turning to look at the unfortunate heap of black hair and elbows beside him.
Question b’s answer was: someone really pretty.
"Ah, geeze, I am so sorry," he found himself blathering as he scrambled to the other boy’s side, trying to brush pine needles off a shirt and check his cushion’s spine and not stare at his face all at the same time, while summer first aid courses blinked before his eyes: is the victim dazed; are they bleeding, do they need changed from their cold clothes—no that’s hypothermia, start with—
"Are you alright?"
Prone on the ground was not a favorable position at all to Chanshik's mind, but it couldn't be helped as his vision refused to clear up long enough to regain his bearings. The part of him that wasn't internally flipping it's tables about what had just happened acknowledged the rustling of a creature, he assumed the person who'd fallen from the good fairy knew where. Blinking rapidly, the brunette quickly realized his personal bubble was again being invaded and as the blackness receded, could even make out cute, chubby cheeks and a worried expression.
"I'm Chanshik, I mean, fine. I'm fine and it's fine." Bruised elbows tried to hoist his upper half up at least, only for his head to start swimming and demand he lay back down posthaste. This had better wear off fast. Someone in his position couldn't afford to show anyone, let alone a perfect stranger, weakness.
Dazedly, dark eyes cast about, trying to recall what exactly had happened before alighting and staying focused on the face of the other boy he'd never seen before, raven brows arched in confusion. "It's not like you jumped on me. Uh, right?"
Please, get over yourself mister high and mighty. No one wants to jump on you.
Softly shaking his head, the outsider made his second attempt at sitting upright and nailed it. Feeling far better for such a small improvement, Chanshik stared plainly at the adorable stranger while attempting to fix his clothes. Wait, maybe he did know this guy.
"Hey, you're that ballsy kid running for president, aren't you? Respect. Oh, are you okay?" The last thing the young man wanted to do was seem rude, so it was a pertinent question.
Oh. Well, that certainly hadn’t been expected. A foolish blush tinted the nerd’s entire face, as embarrassment coated every possible space within him. Eyes quickly flickered about, attempting to find something for them to, besides what his urges were telling him to do. Alas, those very eyes seemed to only be fixated on the bed, as if it were the centerpiece in a beautiful work of art. One that could only become that much more aesthetically pleasing, if he and his boyfriend were to roll around on top of it. Ah, no, bad thoughts, bad thoughts. Sungyeol cleared his throat and scrunched up his shoulders, making his awkwardness far too evident to the other. If only he were a bit more smooth — or less of a typical male youth. Funny how at a point in his life, the genius felt that he was the complete opposite of most the teenaged mass that populated the school body. But, no. He just hadn’t found Chanshik yet, the person who could probably break any spell, if he wanted to, with a mere smirk.
"I’m really not that interesting, I assure you— I— really, you already know the overall summary of what makes up Lee Sungyeol, honestly," he stammered, afraid that if his boyfriend were to dig deeper into the dirt of his being, that he’d only come back up to the surface, no treasure in hand, completely unsatisfied. Besides what else was there to know? The nerd enjoyed numbers, molecules, Pokemon and Chanshik. Everything else seemed rather irrelevant. Then, he was pulled into a lap, a squeak emitting from his vocal chords. This, paired with the dark-haired boy’s seemingly teasing words and expression only made it more difficult for Sungyeol to try to be a decent human being. One who wanted to get to know his partner, beyond useless kisses and touches. But — don’t do it — how was he — a tingle-laced digit reached out to tuck a lock of dark hair behind an ear, that he dreamed of adorning with nips far too often — supposed to ever — against all wishes, all logic, Sungyeol leaned in, pressing his lips to Chanshik’s, uttering a breathless sigh — resist? An arm wrapped around a elongated neck, pulling the other closer into him, a nose rubbing against another, much cuter, one, his kiss audible and probably too wet for the outsider’s liking. “I’m sorry—” he whispered, still not pulling away.
"How so?" Ebony brows furrowed in obvious frustration. Here he was, trying to do the considerate thing and Lee Sungyeol saw fit to tell him he already knew everything. Guys were so weird compared to what he was used to. "Don't be so modest. For someone as miraculous as you, there's surely a bazillion things I have yet to learn about." Chanshik didn't mean to be pushy, though he may have come off that way. He just... didn't want the other to think he was only interested in whatever carnal desires and pleasure could be wrought from that lean body as he supposed most guys his age would be. The outsider had never been so particularly inclined to these baser needs as he seemed to be now. This was yet another reason his boyfriend was a special case. Just as the aforementioned male was making it increasingly difficult for him to protest when he leaned in and pressed a luscious kiss to undeserving lips. From first contact, he became lost on the tempestuous tides of magma the taller male always seemed to incite from his depths, powerless to resist, nay quite willing, to be drawn tighter, breath stolen and no longer necessary.
"Ah," gasping in a pathetic attempt to recapture what had been rightfully taken from him, the brunette continued haltingly, "was that your answer then? Because I am totally okay with that if it is." More than okay, actually. Arms tightened appreciatively around Sungyeol, callused hands itching to rip off whatever layers of clothing lay between them and the precious, bare skin they wished to languish in loving caresses. Pearly whites, that had been likened to a dinosaurs, were bared enough to teasingly nip at a plump bottom lip, after deciding that his boyfriend must like it if he'd wanted to do it to him. "Don't be sorry, just, do it again." Groaning pathetically, ashamed of himself for sounding so desperate, Chanshik nudged their mouths together again, his own opening to move against his boyfriends sweet one, tongue exploring and stroking the minty fresh skin and muscle, devoid of any lingering hesitancy. Running large hands appreciatively over a long, lean back and thighs, the swimmer found himself quite helplessly ensnared in the throes of passion, incapable and unwilling to draw himself out.
