Hi! My name's Jack, I'm 20, I've known about shifting for 5 years now [yes, I was unfortunately in the 2020 tiktok Trenches], and in around February of last year I got back into a previous interest of mine which has since become my main DR, and generally the basis for all my DR's going forward:

Shifting is a big part of my life, but I really don't have anyone to talk to about it, so I'm really hoping to make some shifter friends with this blog! :)

I like movies, specifically, horror is my favourite genre [House of Wax and The Descent are some of my all-time favourite], I enjoy writing [although I hardly do it lmao], and lately I've taken to sewing and altering my own clothes, which I find very fun. I ADORE 60s mod style of clothing, but I'm quite fond of 70s styles too.

My favourite band is TV Girl, my favourite song of all time is Sweet Jane [The Cowboy Junkies version], I also love metal music, and my fav metal band is slipknot.

ok ??? last night while like going to sleep i was just putting in low-effort like thinking as my dr self, and at one point my dad started snoring SO LOUD it woke me up bc i was half asleep.

BUT THE THING IS. When i 'woke up', idk how to describe it but its like when i opened my eyes i saw something ELSe for a second, not my current bedroom in the dark, but it was light ??? wasn't a dream bc i hadn't been asleep long enough to be in REM

He doesn't exist here, in any form but in my thoughts. Yet I'm so sure of him; how he looks, speaks and acts. Even his name felt compelled to me, as though he's the one telling me from across time & space.

He's found his way into every world I wish to go. I have a feeling, that we can only ever belong to each other, and that perhaps is the promise between us. No one else compares.
