Elizabeth scrunched her features for a moment, pulling a face before shaking her head. “The type of person to make use of a cheat day, will repeatedly take a cheat day and therefore renders the idea of a ‘cheat day’ pointless,” She laughed. “I eat good all the time.”

Benjamin could only huff back at her choice of words, mostly because he understood her perfectly on that topic. “Ah, I couldn’t agree more. I cannot count the times I’ve had to work on last-minute files involving Autumns but what can you do,” he said with a chuckle as he shrugged a little. “Would you like a drink? Tea? Coffee? Or a glass of wine?” said the blonde as he got up to the kitchen. “Ah, not really. Maybe catch up on some sleep. It’s rare for me to have nothing to do for the rest of the day.”

Liz sighed and nodded. “Mhm. I get that. Love last-minute files,” She snorted. At the mention of wine, the blonde practically lit up. “Oh I could totally go for a glass of rose right now,” Elizabeth chuckled. “You’re be an absolute star.” She relaxed back a moment, taking a breathe before resting her hands on her lap. “I totally get that. It almost feels weird, or wrong, to have free time. It’s like -- What am I missing?”

After Liz thanked the driver and stepped out, she looked up to the building with a small smile. “Right,” She walked around and hooked her arm through Atta’s. “Now -- I know it just looks like a church from the outside, an old church,” Despite her words, Liz’s smile brought a sense of optimism to her voice. “But just wait until you see inside, I swear.” She led her friend to the gate and opened it. “My contact said we’d just need to walk in and ask for them.”

"Oh it is a lot of planning, yeah,” Elizabeth laughed. The woman had no idea. “Well, Dixie certainly always knows what she wants. Which can come in handy at times. She’s a real all around star,” A light (fake) laugh escaped her lips. “It’s amazing the stuff we achieve, but a lot of that definitely comes from her push.”

Benjamin had set up his mind about it. Having a pet would be good for him, and a cat, one that would be a cuddly pet and that was independent as well sounded like a good fit for him as well. The problem was where to start with all this. He didn’t know anything about adoption centers or even what type of food he should buy before or after he got the little one home. The blonde was so lost in thought that he didn’t realize someone was talking to him. “Sorry? I got lost in thought. You were saying?”

Liz had come over to the see the lawyer for a work thing. It was her last task of the day so she was quite excited to get it sorted. However towards the end of her conversation with him, his attention was drawn away. “Did you know that cats spend around 50 percent of the time they’re awake licking themselves, literally just cleaning themselves?” She said after coughing loudly.

Elizabeth squeaked as Crystal grabbed her arm. “Four cinnamon rolls?” She laughed. “Oh god, I can’t eat two cinnamon rolls. I’ll watch as you enjoy them though.”
