I Donāt Think That People Understand That All EDs are Different.
Somebody could have anorexia, and for them that could mean being SUPER clean with their eating, never touching a crystal of sugar, and restricting as well. For another Anorexic it could be setting a calorie limit and eating whatever the fuck they want, but not going over the calorie limit. Some anorexics get addicted to exercise, some donāt even bother. It really depends on the person, and Iām tired of these bull shit stereotypes š¤·š¼āāļø

These are my stats from yesterday. Didnāt do great. And now Iāve lost 0.3KG in a day. And the weekend is coming which is when I have to eat the more due to being home with my mom.

Tips for everyone who eats too little
Try using moisturizing facemasks, bc when u dont eat much ur face easily gets dry and its still important to take care of ur skin
Remember to use lipbalm, lips get chapped when u get cold and bc we dont eat enough we are cold often
Take vitamins!!! Ur body still needs vitamins and well u dont get enough from the food u eat lets face it. Also take vitamins for ur hair and nails :)
Use hairmasks, the healthier u try to keep ur hair the less will fall out
Use hair oils! Another hair tip, but this really has helped me, my hair is pretty healthy mostly bc of hair oil and it makes ur hair so soft
Okay one more hair tip just bc i can. When u take a cold shower it makes ur hair smoother, prevents hairloss, keeps the moisturizer in and closes up pores. Try rinsing ur hair in cold water after a shower
More benefits of cold showers: promotes fatloss, improves ur skin, improves sleep, increases circulation and improves immunity.
If uāve hit a weight plateau, eat more calories for one day. Trust me when i say ur metabolism will get better bc of this one day. U can try adding 400-700 calories to ur intake that day
Lastly, even tho everyone says this: drink water its so so so important!
