Hello, I just wanted to stop by and say that this blog is no longer active. I have been recovering these past months and I’m doing pretty okey.
Since I received some messages asking for tips/advice on how to lose weight quickly (sometimes pretty insane numbers), fast tips, etc. I’ve decided to at least leave a little message and response to all people in general who are in the same situation as I was for almost 7 years: This is bullshit and you know it. It is unsustainable. You might lose weight starving and purging but then what? Long term it doesn’t work. Human bodies need food. If your goal is being anorexic skinny (some people just want to lose some pounds since they’re actually overweight) honestly just forget about it. You either end up with a lot of health problems that you have to solve by eating in order to keep living, or you actually die.
I’m really sad for anyone that’s going through this. Looking back I was literally chained to numbers and calories. Being weak and dizzy all the time.
