“Can we make soup tonight?” Atem curled up with him and pulled a blanket over their laps before kissing his cheek. He knew Yugi had him; Yugi took such good care of him.

He was sluggish, he was sleepy, but he watched him for a moment. “Can you come cuddle me?”

“Of course!” He went to him quickly and cuddled him close, pressing a kiss to his temple. “Are you okay?”

“Do you ever just… not feel rested?” He cuddled him close and nuzzled into his hair. “I took a nap and it kinda screwed me up.”

“I do, that’s what napping does to me too sometimes.” He rubbed his hands up and down his sides and tugged him to the couch to cuddle. “Mmm but I got you.”

“I still need to teach you the apple bread. Its really good if you like cinnamon.” He sat next to him and hummed softly, reaching to play with his hair.

He shifted to cuddle close and hummed happily. “You do. We should make it tomorrow since I don’t have class,” he smiled. 

“We can~ We might need fresh apples. I’ve been eating them..”

“Then store first, then making apple bread,” he said and rubbed his chest, nuzzling into his neck.

“We need to find a sweet apple. Those are the best ones for bread~” He kissed Yugi’s cheek and hummed softly.
