My entire twitter feed is people in Rafah saying they’re terrified, saying their good byes, and asking us to remember them in our prayers. Rafah is facing a massacre. It’s a genocide. We will not know the number of deaths until the morning.

I will never ever understand why every social media platform completely abandoned the model of "see posts made by people you intentionally follow" and are all now "see posts from an infinite number of complete randos based on an algorithm which thinks it knows you based on your previous posts and NEVER see posts from people you intentionally follow unless you put in actual effort to see them"
They genuinely destroyed the internet as a means of human connection and expression. I have legitimate grief about it. I genuinely mourn the loss of the old internet.

I don't think people truly understand the gravity of Rafah being bombed.
There is nowhere left to go.
The lowest cost is $5,000 USD to flee to Egypt. There has been people paying over $10,000 USD.
That is the only option
Pay or die.
Rafah was the only place in Palestine promised not to be bombed. That promise is broken.
1.5 million people have nowhere to go!
Reminder, if possible, please donate to the PCRF, ANERA, Islamic Relief, Palestine Red Crescent Society, Medical Aid for Palestinians, Defense for Children International - Palestine, Doctors Without Borders, and all other trusted organizations.

I've been trying to decide what direction to take my hair in for like 6 months and for some reason having completely untouched hair four four years makes it seem like the biggest deal now. Used to be I'd just be like "make it pink" "ehh make it blue" "ehh make it purple" "ehh make it black who cares" but now all of a sudden I'm like *sad string quartet playing on a sinking ship* "O UNSULLIED HAIR O' MINE, HOW SHALL I BEST DESTROY THEE ONCE AGAIN!? BY BLEACH OR BY BOX DYE? PRAY TELL, FAIR STRANDS, WHAT SAY YOU??"
