Drinking two bottles of water while at work

Going home! Taking an appetite suppressant and eating my only meal of the day (pork with rice and mushroom sauce with broccoli and peppers)

Workout on the bike for 30 minutes while watching a show (probably supersize vs superskinny lol)

I don't bother counting calories for omad cause my partner will cook all the time so i just have to make sure my portions are small
