i need to get some better photos of my newly relocated farm to show here, but here you can see a little bit of it plus the little farmer's market i built in front of it.
a cute lil cozy reading nook to fill in some space next to the museum π
longtime followers of my island might remember during the superrr early days of fairy ring i used to have a really cute little park area. even though i took it down i always liked the layout i did, so i tried to recreate it for the new art garden/park that i'm working on across from the museum. it is FAR from done but i like how it's coming along!
my museum prior to this was kind of a casualty of my last big island renovation. i had nowhere left to put it after planning out all my main areas so i kind of just stuck it in a tiny square butting up against a river and a cliff and had no room to really decorate it.
so of course when i started planning THIS renovation, the museum was one of the first things i knew i wanted to move into the newly freed up space. it isn't quite finished yet (i want to add more decorations in front and flowers around the trees and eventually grab some of the big statues from redd next time he has them in stock) but i think it looks really pretty so far!
a little outtake from the building process... the face when you're in a spot where you can't "hop" into place using L is so funny
i've been busy on the west side of my island over the last couple weeks!! i wanted some more space for new little decoration projects so i tore down half my forest. now the entrance is right here behind my bridge! i really loved my forest how it was before but i was craving change and i honestly think it looks so cute still.
i want to eat creme brulee and parade around ;~;
some recent ootds!
lily & bree on a foggy winter evening. lily is not dressed for the amount of snow on the ground lmao
i've never met june but she stayed in my hotel and she's so cute ;~; i love this new feature!
same
the theme for hotel room 3 was "simple" so i literally just made. a hotel room. lmao
such a cute touch that the villagers staying in the hotel can roam the island! it makes it feel so busy and i love getting the chance to meet new villagers :')
baby's first snowman :') by the time winter rolled around in 2020 i had already filled my island to the brim and gotten burned out so i never had the room to make a snowman in this game! with my current renovations going on i have LOTS of open space right now so i finally get to play in the snow hehe
hotel room 2, with a "modern" theme! upon showing my partner he immediately said "it looks so modern" so i guess my work here is done lmao
so much room for activities!!!
