Life has knocked me down more than once. Getting back up was never easy… but I did it every time. Fall2GetUp is not just a name.. It’s my story!

Today marks 15 days smoke-free.

No matter how awful I was feeling, I decided to treat myself by spending time with my cousin. But once again, she acted like I was something she could take for granted and tried to claim me all over again. This was already the third time since my birthday... all within five months!

I've cut her out of my life.

Meanwhile, some celebrities from the U.S. gave me a gift without even knowing it. 🤣 Going live...

And then I discovered that one of them has an amazing podcast! I can't believe I hadn't checked it out sooner. I love the theme.

Thanks for outweighing the disrespect I've been getting from some of the people closest to me.🤍

I love celebrities who stay humble. I really appreciate it when they share moments from their concerts or simply go live to connect with us.

I love it because it gives me the energy to keep moving forward. Being present is so important, and I thank God for that. They probably don't realize how much I appreciate those moments. They are truly good people.

May God continue to bless them even more, because through those little moments they share by going live, they have blessed me.

I hate to see famous people go down. I wish I could support them because I can feel and see that they are fighting for justice.

I'm so happy to see someone taking a step toward the world he believes in again, but it feels like something is still holding him back.

He was so funny on television, and I really missed that. I truly wish him peace.

They make jokes about people who are damaged.

They even make music about it.

But what truly concerns me is that the people who are supposed to support you — the people closest to you, the ones who should help you — can sometimes be the ones who take advantage of you.

Things become real when it happens to them, their children, or someone they love.

I am so tired.

Yes, I was damaged. But I also healed. Many people still look at me through the lens of what happened to me, instead of seeing who I have become.

I have to move on. And yes, I feel fucking alone sometimes. Nobody truly understands what it takes to survive what I survived.

But I trust God. I believe He has my back.

For now, I am going to take a rest.

While many of you stay busy on the internet judging, analyzing, and researching the lives of people who have “made it,” I hope you can also give some recognition to the people who are still fighting, the people who are not famous, not celebrities, and not always seen.

We don't want to be defined by our past, yet we often define others by theirs. The truth is, your history doesn't determine who you are, it has simply shaped you. Whether you wanted it to or not.

You can't change yesterday. But you can choose how you treat people today.

Before you judge someone, remember: you don't know the full story.

I love the way my friend supports me with quitting smoking. She said: “You are stronger than that feeling to smoke.”

She reminds me of how strong I can be, because I always get back up when I fall down..

Btw I cried all day.. Not because im sad.. But because there are good people who never judge me.. And helps me to trust good people again.. Time 4 a new phase..
