Kos.  If you say the name of the place ‘Agios Fokas’ it sounds funny.

My dad wanted the family to go to Jerez in a Villa, which was nice of him.  We went to see Alcázar, which was mega.  It was also 100000 degrees.

look how big the boy is! We went to Crete.  The photo is all smudgy because i‘m a sweaty old man now.

We were meant to go to the Lourve.  I’ve been, coz i’m dead cultured, but coz of a strike we couldnt go in.

LOVE THE FRENCH.

Instead we checked out the Musee Rodin.  Pretty amazing.  much better than that sulky lisa girl.

Daniel likes the sandals.  They were comfortable.

Emma complained that i made her walk down a dangerous path to get to pebble beach, where she was stung by a jellyfish

Nerja, Spain. I missed Liverpool contro Torino at Anfield.  Liverpool won 3-1, but around the time I took this, Belotti scored a great goal.

Porto santo again. Seriously.  Nothing to do.

Porto Santo.  The sheets didn’t reach the bottom of the bed, and there isn’t much to see on an island of about 3 miles in length.  Part of its charm?

Madrid. I’d run a marathon two days before, and stairs were still difficult.  Needless to say, wife and son made me walk about 10 miles a day.  Mostly on stairs.

We obviously took the cablecar up to Monjuic, but walked down.  Emma thought she would be all fun and go on a kids slide, but misjudged friction and speed and almost lost all her teeth.  We stil laugh.

We also had some excellent tapas that day.

Lake Garda. we let Daniel go off in a boat with a German family who we couldn't communicate with.  As he drifted away with them into the lake, I did wonder if we were a bit too trusting.  They brought him back.  Quite quickly
