Once more for old times’ sake?

“Sup dudes,If you've seen any of the last few vids here you've probably heard me mention the weekly challange a few times. This is actually being started up by Gisselle, but I wanted to promote it here to help spread the word.

So.

The Weekly Challenge is exactly what it sounds like. Starting May 30th, the goal is to release an episode of an animated show once per week throughout summer, until you've finished a season of that show. The show can be anything you want, and obviously there will be limitations with quality under a weekly deadline. The primary objective here is to tell a complete story, or a complete arc of a story.

Gisselle's terms for the challenge state anywhere from 4 to 10 episodes, but you can make more than 10. I usually aim for 12 or 13 since that's an average season for an animated show. Your episodes can also be as long or as short as you want.

Now, this is a challenge and not a contest, so there is no outside reward for completion. The primary incentive to participate is because it's a fun way to get content made, and also a good way to test what you're capable of. It can also be a great way to tell a story you've had lying around, or play with ideas you aren't as serious about. Additionally, all episodes made for this challenge will be included in a stream on this channel where we can watch them together.

The challenge officially starts May 30th, meaning that's when you can begin posting episodes. That means there's still a week to prepare scripts, voices, and such. I'll link Gisselle's original video in the description, as well as a list of entries into the previous two weekly challenges for inspiration.
