Album Review
Artist: Camisado Album: Faceless Single: "Shoot The Messenger" Favorite Track: "Stage IV" Score: 10/10 As a music enthusiast, I've always found it very important for a band to have a powerful full length to represent their capabilities as musicians. Having met Camisado, as well as working with the band, I already had a good understanding what they were all about. Beyond being one of the best bands to come out of the Maryland scene, I've always admired the unique style the band created with their music. For any new fans, this sound resembles a post-hardcore style, with a creepy edge, and modernized effects to create something dark, powerful, and catchy. Seeing the range Camisado was able to perform through their last EP PULSE, I've got to admit I was very skeptical about how FACELESS was going to turn out. It seemed like the band had used every ounce of creativity they had to pull off PULSE. Going into this album with that mindset, I couldn't have been any more impressed. Not only were they able to capitalize on everything they have created in the life of their careers, they expanded the range of their sound to new heights. In very short terms, this is a very full album experience. We start off with the three singles the band had released leading up to the release of this album "Straitjacket", "Shoot The Messenger", & "Faceless". Right away I was a little worried about this decision. Typically when a band puts all of their powerhouse tracks in the beginning, it's hard for the rest of the album to keep up. This concern barely lasted for a second. Following their album titled track "Faceless" is one of my favorite songs on the entire album, "In Your Veins". Everything you could possibly want from Camisado is found right here. From an addicting intro, to a disgustingly powerful first verse, you can't help but lose your mind when the chorus ties everything together perfectly. By the time you finish this track, your expectation bar is going to rise to a new high for these guys. Don't worry, this sick show has just begun. Each track is relentless in bringing you the most erie and dark side the band has to offer. From Orion's (In Dying Arms) special guest appearance in "I Am Alive Tonight" to "Complications" edgy intro, you're going to find yourself anxiously anticipating everything FACELESS has to throw at you. Unlike most albums to release these days, the band lingers away from your overdone cliche ending. Instead of attempting a finish with a mediocre version of all the songs tied together in one, they slow down everything to really show the strength of their musicianship. Their 3rd to last song "Stage IV" stood out to me above everything on the entire album. It's a change of pace from anything I've heard in the last two years not only because of the formula they used, but because there is such a strong sense of passion portrayed. To completely close this masterpiece, is the final track "Days Gone By". An acoustic piece that will surely fill you with a sense of nostalgia. As this album wraps up, it's impossible to not feel a sense of relief. Relief that an artist gets it, and understands what needed to be done. This album needed to be released, and it's here. I am thoroughly impressed. -Written by Mario T. (Fans 4 Bands)

Once again we have LIFE ON REPEAT returning back to Baltimore MD. Not only that, we are hosting THE MAY SEASONS FIRST show ever! This event is going to be a blowout no doubt. There should be no lack of attendance on anyones part for this show! Get ready to party :)
As I stare into the abyss, eluding the harsh reality of fate, I feel the cold grip of death, like glaciers in my veins sending shivers through my core, and leaving me empty, hollow, and wanting. I welcome the sting of life, for I am but an empty vessel, attempting to find my place in the world. There is far too much to be done, and though I fear I may be broken beyond repair, I would rather live than quit. I would rather live.

I saw this live last night and it really brought me back. People may think TRIVIUM out on tour with ASKING ALEXANDRIA or MOTIONLESS IN WHITE is a terrible mix. I thought it was incredible. Where else do you see two very successful bands in completely different genres play back to back? That is almost unheard of. All you need to know is that TRIVIUM killed it. They didn't hold back a single ounce of energy and the crowd loved them for it. I am very impressed. 5 out of 5 set.
You know I always said, your mistakes are something you can't forget.

The ALL-STAR tour has a legit voting system to get some incredible up and coming bands onto their line up this year. We advise that you help our friends in Adestria, My Ticket Home, or Serianna. All 3 bands deserve your vote :)
Extremely happy for my brothers in SKY CAME BURNING for their opportunity to open this show. They put on one of the best shows I have ever seen every time they play. http://www.facebook.com/skycameburningofficial
CONFIDE This is one band I feel everyone will always miss. Luckily they went out with a bang, releasing what I feel to be one of the best albums of year in 2010. Here's "The View From My Eyes" off of their album RECOVER. http://www.facebook.com/Confide
If seeing is believing, then this heart has never been beating.
