I got a tattoo the other day.

People always get tattooed for the different reasons.

Some for the art some with a meaning.

Mine definately has a meaning.

it’s based on a song by Polar. called “Mountain throne” wich is on the Album, shadowed by vultures.

Now you see, the logo of the band is a triangle, the vulture is in it, shadowing the lines.

those 9 words, and the band itself, helped me through a lot and keep me motivated living my life.

known their music since the beginning.

saw them 4 years ago for the first time.

through this 4 years, the band, their music and the members grew important to me.

i have not had a shower in days.

my dirty laundry is a big ass pile of dirt.

my flat is the dierties it has ever been.

i’ve got suicidal thoughts and paranoia.

cant slee at night and just feel like shit.

i dont know what happened, but this week, my bipolar disorder took more control over me tha never before, and that is 2 weeks before i start my therapy.

maybe i is a sign,

maybe its getting better.

yesterday i have done a bit of laundry and today ive done some washing up.

but yet everything feels dirty.

i fucking hate this disease.

i want it to just go away
