yes so you read it here first, Julia is an imperious superficial individual. She doesn't like being bossed around so she has a major problem with authority figures. Growing up she was a major brat so her parents sent her to a boarding school which she graduated from. Because of this, her relationship with her parents is strained, though it's considerably better than how it was during her teenage years.

she has an older brother and a younger sister, both who are just as intelligent as she is but infinitely better behaved. she has never stopped comparing herself to them and has a little bit of an inferiority complex.
