Warning firm Innisfree sues Twitter for $1.9 million in neglected bills
U.S.- based warning firm Innisfree M&A Consolidated sued Twitter on Friday in New York State High Court, looking for about $1.9 million for what it says are neglected bills after it prompted the web-based entertainment organization on its procurement by Elon Musk last year.
"As of December 23, 2022, Twitter stays in default of its commitments to Innisfree under the Arrangement in a measure of at the very least $1,902,788.03," the claim said.
Twitter and a legal counselor for Innisfree didn't quickly answer demand for input.
Musk in October finalized the $44 billion negotiation declared in April that year and took Twitter private.
Last month England's Crown Domain, an autonomous business that deals with the property portfolio having a place with the government, said that it had started court procedures against Twitter over supposed neglected lease on its London base camp.
