He who has a why to live for, can bear almost any how
Nietzsche
These past months have been a torment. Shall I bear it any longer?
sometimes we have to take a few steps back to see the bigger picture
“ It's not like you can do a good job just because you're working at a large organization. No matter what company you're working at, and no matter what you work as, the people who hold pride in their work, put in all their efforts every single day, and gain their accomplishments are actually the true winners, that is what I believe. “
“The most important thing is gratefulness and the repayment of favours. A future that has forgotten those two things, Is just a pipe dream of self-righteousness. Be grateful to all of the people you've met and everything that you've been through. And work with the intention of repaying those favours.”
Surely, Allah is the best of planners.
Great reminder from Sh. Omar Suleiman in this talk show:
"when it comes to the Islamic perspective, we believe that Allah SWT is the turner of hearts. Don't think that you can disobey Allah SWT, do things haram with the intention that you will write it one day and Allah SWT is going to put barakah in your relationship. You're fooling yourself. You're not going to fool Allah SWT."

One of my favourite conversations in Hanzawa Naoki Series. Naoki “testament” to Moriyama for possibility that Hanzawa would be shipped out.
He said:
“It's not guaranteed that your adversary is always right in front of you. By the time you realize it, the fight might have already started. But you know, the trickiest part is when the enemy you're fighting is you yourself.
You'll be fine, as long as you have your conviction, there's no problem.
You need to have a strong outlook of what kind of a place you want an organisation and society to be. Or in kendo terminology, it's to become a shape of yourself. it's quite simple actually. there are three things:
1. First, to be able to say what is right from what is wrong.
2. second, to make sure that the organization's common sense is in line with society's common sense.
3. Third, to make sure the ones who have worked earnestly and sincerely, are evaluated properly.
it is indeed obvious, but organizations haven't been able to achieve this obviousness. That's why someone has to fight for it.
it's because of people who work just for their own sake. You should work keeping your customer's mind. Or consequently for the sake of society. when you have forgotten this great principle, people just start working for their own sake. And when you work for your own sake, it's all just filled with selfishness and servility and also disgracefully crooked.”
The human heart has hidden treasures, In secret kept, in silence sealed; The thoughts, the hopes, the dreams, the pleasures, Whose charms were broken if revealed.
Charlotte Brontë
You can't get things done if you can't understand the problems in the first place.
Versatile
Versatile (adjective): able to change easily from one activity to another or able to be used for many different purposes — Cambridge Dictionary.
It is been a couple of weeks since I have used Notion to manage my activities. one word that I give to this application is "versatile." yup, I can do a lot of things, such as making a GTD dashboard, note-taking, budgeting, and many more. However, the features are not the best for a certain specific purpose, for instance: One note is more powerful for note-taking; Trello is easier to manage projects, or Excel to budgeting. But this app is suitable and powerful for those who need All-in-one site management and is eager to customize features. apparently, that 'versatile' word also reminds me to my personality -at least in my personal opinion- referring to what I've done in my entire life, tho.

kadang-kadang satu foto memang menyimpan berbagai cerita yaa :)
Ust. Salim menyampaikan salah satu fiqh dakwah yang promiment dalam Surat Al-A’raf ayat 199:
(Al-A’raf: 199)
Show forgiveness/ be tolerant -> Maklumi/ maafkan apabila perbuatan/perilaku mereka belum sesuai apa yang kita harapkan.
Command what is right/ enjoin what is good -> memerintahkan/mengajak untuk berbuat kebaikan dalam nilai-nilai universal (Contoh: kejujuran, integritas, tolong-menolong, dll)
وَأَعۡرِضۡ عَنِ ٱلۡجَٰهِلِينَ -> Turn away from the ignorant -> tinggalkan orang-orang yang Jahil.
