Not long ago, I was overweight, unhappy, and silently fighting depression. Every day felt heavy — not just physically, but mentally. I avoided mirrors, avoided photos, and sometimes even avoided people. I felt like I had lost control of my own life.
One day I realized something: no one was coming to save me. If my life was going to change, I had to take the first step myself.
I started my journey quietly. No gym. No expensive programs. Just small changes every day — walking a little more, eating a little better, choosing myself even when it was hard. Some days I wanted to quit. Some days I cried. But I kept going.
In just 3 months, I lost over 20 kg.
But the weight loss wasn’t the biggest change. The real transformation happened inside me. I slowly started feeling stronger, more confident, and more alive than I had in years.
Today, I’m not sharing this to show perfection. I’m sharing this because I know there are women out there who feel exactly how I felt — stuck, tired, and alone.
