What's the diet that you're now following/how does it work ?
Iām so glad I got this ask! I have been dying to rave about this diet! It is my favorite diet of all time! Okay! The diet I am doing is also a point based challenge type of thing. There is no end date. You just keep doing it for as long as you want/can. Iāve been on it for three days now, and Iāve lost 5.4 pounds. Itās called The Mary Kate Challenge diet! There are fiveĀ separateĀ categories you can earn pointsĀ from: calories, exercise, water intake, hours slept, andĀ bounties!Ā *TheĀ goal is at least 30 points per day, though you can up it to 40 if youāre hitting 30 easily. The thing about our generation is that social media is a true and valid form of self-expression. It connects people with similar interests or going through similar circumstances to talk, share, and bond over this commonality.
