WELCOME TO MY LATEST SET OF "5" MINUTE PROMPTS

~THIS 👏 TOOK 👏 A 👏 MONTH~

Genuinely I was drawing at least one of these nearly every day and I HAVE FINALLY FINISHED!!!

So of course these weren't each only 5 minutes lol, but it was broken down like this:

5 minutes for sketches (and for some the lineart included in that)

5 minutes for lineart

5 minutes for coloring

5 minutes for shading

3 minutes for the background

There were 12 different prompts to select from in all and I had so much fun with them -- and learned a lot too! The Romantic Era ones (barring Muse's bc he was the very first before I really figured out how I wanted to do these lol) is where I got the most neat tricks from, and those neat tricks were mainly just "add a couple different colors in the background" lol

This 👏 was 👏 so 👏 fun

And when I say the beginning, I don't mean the beginning of the blog -- we're going all the way back...

Yes! This is the written version exploring the timeline I created for this blog last year, starting all the way from the beginning of the timeline to present day. I'm going to try and include art within it too, but we're basically rebooting and recontextualizing what I came up with for this blog and really exploring all the characters' dynamics and changes.

Note, though: it's gonna be darker than this blog was. (I can't help it, I like to take things seriously when I write lol, exploring genuine emotion is fun.)

The first chapter has been released. I hope you enjoy :)

hey, kinda like, a year, since the last post on this blog, you are on your right to have a break or drop it if you wish, but a like to say two little things:

Honest Update

((OP: Apologies that there's been no new posts. I've had almost no new ideas for any mini comics to move the story along in a very long time besides the last one from 2 weeks ago which had already been planned a few months back or so, and the ask box is unfortunately empty and I don't know how to fix that))

((OP: I don't want to sound like I'm whining especially because you guys have given me so much that I'm so grateful for while running this blog, but I'm getting kind of burnt out because I don't know what else to do to continue keeping interest consistent I guess. I'm just having a very hard time maintaining the blog as it is and pushing the story along as of right now))

((OP: I don't want to abandon it and it isn't my plan to do so, but it might just be going on a hiatus or something as I try to figure out what to do and work on other projects in the meantime. Maybe at some point I can make some good progress on doing the typed up version of this blog and getting that posted and that'll drum up enough interest to reinvigorate everything but I don't know))
