I work in the medical field. Today I mistreated a patient. I feel so awful and frustrated. Its also just really frustrating that I'm the only one liable for my mistakes. There are all these people working for the one purpose of treating the patient and when it comes down to it I'm the only one under the gun. I take all the heat and all the blame. Even if others make mistakes, if I don't catch them, I get in trouble. It's going to be discussed in several meetings and the State has to be called. NO ONE ELSE in the department EVER has to go through this...Just me.
