Keith scowls at him. Prodding his finger on Lance's chest, "I do not want to hear you sassed Sendak. He will hurt you. If he tells you to do something. You do it, because if you get hurt. Don't come crawling to me."
He warns because he cares about his friends enough he doesnt want to see them hurt by the Galra. They have no qualms about torturing them as they have done so when they first got here and he did not want any of his friends to endure that pain again.
Which was why he gave up and swore fealty.

The deeper he traveled, the more his head buzzed. Such an unpleasant feeling– and yet it wasn’t debilitating. It was more like a prolonged static shock between two people, both invigorating and repelling at the same time. Farus’ hand had traced along a cave wall for a bit, until slender fingers passed over a streak of glowing blue substance. At that split second, whatever he felt caused him to jerk away, giving that luminous vein an accusatory scowl.
Ah… but it sounded like the young man he’d been trailing sensed his presence. Another scowl, this time expressing nothing more than annoyance, and he continued along the overhang to where he could see the stranger from above.
“…If you can’t think to look up, that’s your own damn problem,” he called down, reaching a hand up to steady himself on the wall of the ledge. But there was another bluish vein there as well, and just as his hand drew near enough for its glow to reflect off his skin, he recoiled from it. That hand now remained crossed before his flushed face, as if he had smelt something truly offensive.
“Tch!…Nasty stuff. Why the hell would you fools want such a thing? It’s vile.”
You fools, he said… Surely that insinuated that he’d watched others harvesting materials from caves like this as well.
“That’s none of your concern.”
Keith retrieves his bayard, a sword. Even though he had a gun on his waist. The sword was his weapon of choice, “This is a restricted area, no one should be here but me. Not sure how you got past the sentry. But you wont get past me!”
Keith jumps up, using his jet pack. He raises his sword and plunges down towards Farus. Intending on stabbing him.
