- POSITIVITY -

It’s always so hard and sometimes painful to ignore the urges and thoughts of ‘if i do this, no one will find out’ but the real fact of the matter is that no matter what the thoughts say, it will never help and at least one person will find out and ask you about it and I’m pretty sure talking about it would be hard to do so, more so if the person is someone you don’t trust or even know.

But no matter what Anon, My advice is to do things that make you happy like playing games you like or drawing or even speaking to friends you care about and trust! It always helps me when I’m in them stats as i see it as as long something else is in the front of my mind, the urges and thoughts will slowly go away if I make sure not to give them the stoplight in my mind.
