Honestly, I'm with Mel about Starbuck. That dog has a bite history (Denise says he can't bite anyone at this block party, implying he's done it at past block parties), regularly gets free of his leash and out of the yard, digs holes in the neighbor's yard, and barks constantly. Oh and while Starbuck is free, he goes around knocking up the bitches in the neighborhood.

Threatening to shoot the dog is a bit much, but the Platts are almost determined not to do anything about Starbuck. Mel should have called animal control tbh.
