Earth's Ambassador is Floyd...How will first contact go?

Not an ideal situation to walk in on....I think Floyd might need a specialist :D. I've been reading a lot of horror stories recently....so featherheads is taking a twist this week. haha.

Floyd is a light sleeper....now I know...

Floyd has always been the romantic type...I just wish he and his paramour would give me some advanced notice.

I will be honest.....I relate to Floyd way too much in this one.

Bird Babes Weekly....thank's Floyd...I swear he's just there for the articles.

The weather has become mighty cold this week. Floyd is not a fan. I hope you are all staying warm and having a wonderful holiday week. Happy Holidays everyone, thank you for reading my little comic. -Special thanks to my mom who gave me the idea for this episode when I was having a block.

Every time I eat or clean, I feel like Floyd is organizing some sort of political opposition haha. 

 Panel 1: The silhouette of a figure appears under some strong lighting. Narrator: "Now a word from our leader!" 

Panel 2: Floyd appears and starts giving a speech in mixture of squeaks and squawks. Translation: Brothers and Sisters, It is Time! 

Panel 3: Floyd's audience are a bunch of household objects and toys. Floyd is growing more passionate in his speech. Translation: Time to rise up, and SEIZE the means of production!" 

Panel 4: Wert looks on at the spectacle of the situation while eating a donut. side note (before anyone mentions it in know that's not how you spell squeak or squawk, I was trying to make it seem more bird speaking.)

Panel 1: A house with lots of snow falling. Panel 2: Wert looking enthusiastically through the window at the snow. He exclaims “Hey Floyd! It is snowing!” Panel 3: Wert gets no response so he calls for Floyd again. Floyd is sunbathing in a tropical looking environment. Panel 4: Floyd has made a fake tropical environment for himself with a heat lamp, a heater, a blue sky backdrop, a fake palm tree, and some sand.

As it turns out, Sun Conures like most tropical birds, do not like winter...Floyd is no exception...Who knew? (everybody...everybody knew)

Poor wicked queen she had no idea of the splendor that is Floyd the sun conure.

Mariah Carrey said its time....so i guess run while we can haha.

Floyd never likes the people I bring home, but I think he is getting more clever about how to get rid of them.

Floyd is ever so dramatic....I swear I never get to eat in peace.

Floyd's favorite snacks are cheerios, but he is not the only one who likes them...Cockroaches like them as well. Floyd seems to have a handle of the situation though I am concerned about what this will do for his ego. I am a big fan of all things related to The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R Tolkien, and I thought it very amusing to quote the two most iconic lines from the poem for this little skit about Floyd's Cheerios. I guess it is a loving homage to a story that has meant a great deal to me since I was a child. I tried a new visual style with this one and would love to know what you all think so please leave a comment.

It is a story as old as time if we are being honest. Wert has to work, and Floyd wants attention...what is a bird to do? I originally drew this one August 17th of 2021 but I finally got around to putting the finishing touches. I hope you all enjoy it.
