If you’re uncomfortable, hurt, defensive, or even angry about the things that I say when I talk about how I feel, that’s your responsibility. Maybe check into your body, take inventory, and figure out why you’re feeling those things towards me. I can guarantee it has more to do with yourself than it does with me.
Understand why you’re feeling the way you’re feeling and process that. You’re not healed if you’re constantly angry and that’s just fact.
