A lot of people depict Micah as "the rat" because one of those scenes shows Arthur saying Micah ratted them out, and I, for one, love to call him that 'cause it's goofy, but to be honest, I have yet to draw him with serpentine themes or snake vibes' cause I heard a lot from people that a snake suit best for Micah. I definitely agree with them but describing Micah as a Rat just fits the best.

Rat’s characteristics
* Rats thrive in any type of living conditions.
* They carry diseases that can be transmitted (much like how he enabled: Dutch’s impulses like the Blackwater mission.)
* Can slip through tiny spaces
* Rats' adaptability goes crazyyy
Micah is part of the reason why the Van der Linder gang fell apart(not saying his the MAIN reason why the gang fell to begin with, cause Dutch was already crazy). He may not have planned it through but one thing for sure is that he sell out any gang member for his own advantage—whether it was by accident, pure intent, or a mix of both. And I see him as someone who sees which way the situation is turning and no doubt positions himself to benefit from it.
What’s interesting is that we barely see him sleep in camp (and yes I watched him throughout the day/night and all he ever does is drink, smoke, wander around, or bother people), unlike other gang members who had a fixed routine and actually have chores. Personally, I would be a little set off if I never saw someone sleep, cause Where do they get the energy to stay awake all the time? Comes to show that Micah doesn’t trust anyone in the gang or is just cautious (with how many he pissed off in the gang he better be XD).
You don’t have to agree with me but most people I know associate Rats with filth and decay. Every mission we gave of him always involved mass murder, the very first chapter in Colter was one of those examples. Which now that I mentioned it death is ever present in Micah’s life.
