hello! i’m min (she/her) and i’m really excited to be here! thought it’d be fun to add havoc to the already chaotic chae family so i decided to bring in a little villain in the making—the chaes’ youngest daughter, chae jinri! you can find more info about her below the cut and if you’d like to plot, like this post and i’ll drop you a message! i’m also available on discord if you prefer it there. without further ado, allow me to introduce you to chae jinri!
OVERVIEW
daddy’s little girl is not as innocent as you think she is
she definitely looks the part though, it’s hard not to with that baby face of hers
however, she’s incredibly good at putting on the good girl act, especially in the public’s eye
it’s no secret to the chaes that their father is a lying cheater and corrupted politician but what they don’t know is, jinri has been keeping his secrets for him all this time
it all started when she was nine, she saw her father kissing another woman and he promised to buy her whatever she wanted if she kept his secret
long story short: that was not the only time it happened, in fact, it was the first of many
soon, it became a habit, whenever she wanted something from him, she’d use his secrets against him and he’d have no choice but to buy her silence
it started out with her demanding material gains but it’s gotten to the point where he’s had to bribe her school (and even the police) to cover up her mischiefs
call it blackmail if you must, but she thinks of it more like a business transaction that benefits both parties
which explains why she’s the way that she is: a privileged spoilt brat that gets whatever she wants because her daddy never says no to her; does whatever she wants with no concern for its consequences because she knows he will clean up after her
it also has a lot to do with the fact that she’s the youngest with a slightly bigger age gap from her older siblings, her mother coddles her like a porcelain doll and her father just fears her, really
PERSONALITY
could either make you love her or hate her (usually, people find themselves hating how much they love her)
both a brat and a bitch, but is good at concealing it when necessary
is so used to getting what she wants that she can’t hardly take no for an answer
a manipulative bitch, will play mind games with you
the kind of person that will insult you with a puppy eyes that even you get confused about how you feel about her
fuelled with greed and the need for attention (not because she lacks any, if anything, she has an abundance of it)
has zero interest in politics and wants nothing to do with it, but is enjoying the status and power that comes with her family name
really knows how to have fun, it’s what keeps people coming back for more
also has the tendency to make you feel important when you hang out with her
a social butterfly with the goal to make everyone love her
is pretty smart but doesn’t use it for the right reasons
kind of like a flashy christmas tree, if you take away all the decorative lights and ornaments, you’ll find that she’s a little empty on the inside
