He was expecting Kiku to pull away since he wasn’t one for physical contact. But when he returned the gesture he couldn’t help but be a bit surprised. He blinked glancing at him and he smiled a little. He actually blushed a little.

Though he wasn’t the one for physical contact, slowly certain people were becoming an exception to that rule. Italy being the first and now America soon followed. But of course there are still limits to how much that will go. Still the fact that he had noticed the blush on the other’s face wasn’t exactly helping them. A soft blush spread on his cheeks despite him trying to hide it the best he can.

What are we doing…

 He sighed and pulled away trying not to seem to embarrassed. "S..sorry I dunno what came over me!" He mumbled shyly. He stared at him still blushing but then looked away again.

He looked up. “Hmm…?” He sighed. “Yea I’m fine…” He lied. It was ridiculous to feel this way so why did he feel this way? He looked at him and gave him a small smile.

” Your smile doesn’t fool me ” 

He stated rather bluntly as he stared up at the American. ” If there’s something bothering you then you should tell someone about it, it’s not good to keep it bottled inside ” as it will only make things worse and he knew how much worse it can get. True, he may have sounded a bit of a hypocrite there when he stated that, but it was the truth. ” If you don’t want to tell me   that’s fine with me ” he was not going to force the other into telling him, he wouldn’t do that, the other just needed to cheer up, that’s all.

He was quiet for awhile. "It's kinda childish I guess. But I feel kinda inferior." He remarked. "Like since I got here I tried to get everyone to work together and find a way out but they treated me like it didn't matter and like I was just a kid with a silly dream.." He mumbled.

Alfred jumped a little as Kiku pulled him out of his own head. He blinked a few times and gave him a small smile. “H-Hm? Oh yea…” He looked up at it. “….Huh….nice.” He mumbled staring at it.

Alright that was it, he was going to ask now. ” Is something wrong, America-san? ” Kiku asked as he now turned around completely to look at the American with a questioning look, a hint of worry reflecting in his eyes. It was unusual for America to be this quiet, normally he would have let it slide, like he had done before, but the raven started to notice the change in behavior more and more now. And if America was thinking about something else instead of the houses they would they a look at, then what was the point of checking them out anyways?

Alfred was expecting a pretty average view. But then his jaw dropped..it was stunning much more then he expected. “It’s…a pretty awesome place..” he mumbled. He was hesitant but he grabbed Kiku’s hand. He didn’t know what possessed him to, but he did anyway.

It truly is now isn’t it? At least if you look past the experiments and all, ” It is ” he replied as he moved closer to the glass and continued to look around until   he felt Alfred grabbing his hand. At first it had startled him slightly as he hadn’t expected America to do such thing, Sideway glancing to his hand before looking back, closing his eyes for a couple of seconds before a small smile appeared on his face as he gave a light squeeze and then continued to look at the sight in front of them.

Alfred was a little impatient but it wasn’t too noticeable. Yes he was a tad fidgety though. It was really fun just him and Kiku. He looked up at the Ferris wheel. He always liked big things like that. It was also nice not having to go to all those meetings and things. But it didn’t change the fact that he missed his friends. He smiled at Kiku a little unable to think of something to say.

When it was their turn Kiku took a few steps forward, going first as he took a seat and waited till Alfred was seated. Once an employee checked if everything was okay they were going up, only to stop a few seconds later so the other group enter one of the cabins, this continued a couple of times till they reached the top. As the last group entered the Japanese rested his arm close the window as he looked outside. Enjoying the view as he had never seen Hive City nor the park like this before. Looking towards his right as he saw his apartment complex and not only that, but he could see Sector 06 as well, as well as the garden and maze that is present in the amusement park.

“ I fail to see how you can miss me of all people. “

"Heh..I missed all of you since I got here..until recently it was only me.." he mumbled.

He nodded putting on his coat. “Sector 6 it is.” He mumbled. Honestly since he arrived he felt like a fish out of water. He felt more insecure these days but didn’t want anyone to know that. He looked at the floor and not directly at him.

Kiku just kept walking, actually enjoying the silence between them as such thing is normally never present. It made him a bit worried on why the other had become so quiet, but there would be no point in asking. Footsteps coming to a halt as he noticed the first house he had seen in the newspaper. ” We’re here ” he said, turning around slightly to look at the other, but it seemed Alfred hadn’t heard him. ” Alfred-san? ” He repeated, 

” We’re here ”

He blinked. “OK…any sector is OK…” For the first time in forever he actually felt shy. The last time he remembered that feeling was when he was younger. “It..sounds fun..” He mumbled blushing a little.

 He rubbed the back of his neck.

He wondered what caused Alfred’s sudden change in behavior, but perhaps he shouldn’t ask? Acting like he hadn’t noticed he simply stood up and got his coat before putting it on. ” Shall we go to Sector 05 or Sector 06 instead? ” Sector 02 would be a big no because of the factories whereas Sector 03 would be just suicidal.Sector 01 would be still optional, but to find your house every time you want to go home may become a little bit annoying sooner or later.  ” Let’s go to to Sector 06 first ” Kiku suggested to Alfred as he stood by the door, waiting for the other to follow before leaving Alfred’s apartment. That way they could go to look around Sector 06 first, then go to Sector 05 and then go to Kiku’s apartment after that, which is also in Sector 05. 

Once outside they headed over to the train station while waiting for the train after they arrived. When the train arrived they took a seat inside and waited till the train brought them to their destination. 

” It should be this way ”

"Umm lets see.." He looked at the map. He wanted to go onto the Ferris wheel. He loved those he found them very peaceful. For some reason they reminded him of the old days for some reason.

"Wanna go on the Ferris wheel."

It seemed like his little plan had worked, not only had he managed to make the American decide on which ride they should go on next, but he also managed to change the subject completely. ” The Ferris wheel? ” He questioned, turning around to look at the giant ferris wheel from afar before looking back at the map, memorizing which way they should go to before agreeing to what America said. ” Shall we go then? ” The Japanese suggested as he headed over to the Ferris wheel. In about 10 minutes or so they had reached their destination after walking through the amusement park. The line was a little longer compared to the last ride, but that didn’t run the fun as it would be their turn soon.
