I'm 40 years old and I've experienced weighting from 86kg to 104kg in the last 15 years, from muscular build but not quite lean to just too lazy and sedentary. Some belly has always accompanied me and that's ok, too much trouble to get rid of it. I've learned to appreciate it. But I like having strong arms and thighs :3
Yet, IRL I'm a purple belt and I like to show my actual stage in training and physical attributes (I may exaggerate the last a bit, though)
