I am geniuenly so nonthreatening, that pigeons straight up chill under my bench while im doing stuff in my sketchbook.

They don' care i can be dangerous. Or maybe they know i have no reasons or desire to be voilent

They are beefing (via a game of Old Crone) over which design im gonna be seeing in my mind's eye while playing and re-playing the game

Context for those not in the know, the guy in brown and gold is King Yves/male version* of The Grey Regent from @thegrayascendancy-if , And the grandpa in green is what i envisioned him as during my first playthrough, because the game is text based, and there weren't any hints, (that i caught, at least), on his appearance aside from clothes, hair length and demeanor in his introductory scene

Genuinely had my flabbers completely ghasted when i found out Yves/Yvette are a romancable character, not a possible adopting parent figure candidate

(* Y's gender is up for player's choice in the game, so there are a man and a woman version of them)

I HAD TO PULL OUT THE MIRROR AND POSE MY OWN HAND FOR REFERENCE, AND REDREW THE THNIG SEVERAL TIMES TO GET IT THE WAY I WANTED IT TO BE

Card back designs did go through a bit of a changes history! Initialy i just drew the backs of cards as brown with a simple plaid pattern, but then i decided to replay through some more of the game from the beginning to gather reference text on the room and the Old Crone game's rules, and realised that it would be kinda fun to try to draw Y's unique specific card deck. Then the pattern went to something of a wall made out of those thick glass panes you can't see through (Screenshot of the version that i showed my friend while sharing the process with him, it's the only surviving version of the old attempt at the design)

cus it was what internets showed me when i tried to get some reference. Then i decided it didn't look crystally at all, more like a blue chocolate bar, so i decided to go more with the vibe of a non-man-made crystal wall, and it was a much smoother sailing

This is true of any url! You can delete everything agher the ? when you share a url and it will delete all the tracking bits.

would like to add that the stuff after ? isn't always a tracking token, sometimes it contains important info for the link to actually work (e.g. it could contain the video ID). however, try opening a link without the ? string; if it works then there's no harm in getting rid of it 🦭👌

They make me even more mentaly ill than i usualy am. Not kidding. Their lore is making me cry on the daily, because i keep watching fan-content and this fandom is obviously allergic to joy and comfort. (Totaly optional activity by the way. Nothing but my own brain is forcing me to keep watching.)

Honestly, this drawing as a process took me five or so days, and also gave me a spiritual equivalent of an anuerism. First it was fine, i sketched out the lads, then got to the backgrounds, books made me crazy, (you can see how many of em are there, and you can see i gave up on perfecting them Very quickly). Then i realised Avery does not fit the perspective i already did for the backrgounds. I redrew him. Something still felt off. I redrew him again. Still off. I went back to my recreation of the room in minecraft and dropped in an armor stand for a vague approximation of the proper perspective. I was fixing in the wrong direction. I redrew him for the fourth time. He finaly fit. Then i had a crashout over a surprise dose of impostor syndrome and was barely doing any art progress for several days.

Then i rendered D3rlord3 and started playing with adding more details everywhere on a flat singular layer and had a lovely time ( ^ ▽ ^)__b

I now have to go skimming through a shitload of gutwrenching angst gacha reactions on my current favorite doomed gays, to find the tiktok with that song.

My life is a comedy, and my suffering is the core humor of the comedy.
