"No⊠Youâre not bothering me." He looked off, making sure that whoever Matthew was hadnât shown up late. He bit his lip, thinking for a moment. "Well, can I get you something for your trouble? It seems like a waste to come all the way to a coffee shop and not get any coffee. He offered the boy a reassuring smile, not bothering to take his seat. Oliver walked over to the front counter, handing the man his debit card. He looked back at Emmet, waiting for him to place his order. "Go ahead. I could use the company, anyway."
He took out his phone checking his text for the tutor he was assigned to by his teacher to see if he missed anything from him before rolling his eyes and looking back at Oliver. He shook his head, "No, no. You don't need to do anything for-." He sighed when Oliver stood up and got up besides him, ordering a small drink and looking back at him, "Really. This is unnecessary, Oliver. I only came here because my tutor is probably a nerd who sits here all day on his laptop and complains." He laughed adjusting his snapback and looking around the coffee shop.Â
