Risu’s hair changes throughout the whole manga and I remember being confused about it in my first read, especially with some flashbacks of him having different hair, but after rereading it a few times I think I understand it jeje (°▽°)

When Risu joined the cross-eyes and met Aikawa he had his hair grown out for a while (every flashback of Risu hanging out with Aikawa or other classmates he has his hair grown.)

Sometime b4 he died though he changed his hair style to the spikes

After 2 years of being dead, he revived and still had those hair spikes (peep the slipknot reference at the right lol)

After the 501 fight there was a month timeskip and Risu grew out his hair again and it stays like that for the rest of the series

Though in the flashbacks of Risu when he was younger, he had his hair grown out too (poor baby </3)

What also made the hair somewhat confusing for me is that curse is sometimes shown with the spikes hair and other times not!!

He has those black bits in his hair even when he was young and it makes me wonder whether he dyes his hair or if it's like that naturally, or if the spikes are something he does regularly or if it was a one time thing!! Ugh I wish we could know!!!
