send “grip” to grip my muse’s jaw in your muse’s hand
– “What is it now, Frank?”
An exasperated sigh leaves his lips as his head is turned to face the other, an eyebrow raised when eyes meet.
“Can I help you? If not, stop fucking touching me.”
Ah, Joey—just the average Joe schmuck he wanted to see, but apparently didn’t want to see him, judging by the way he turned away before his concrete expression caught on the edges of Frank’s broken bottle gaze. No problem, he thought once he’d sidled up beside the other half of his crew’s muscle and seamlessly snagged his stiff jaw. It’s not a gentle gesture by any means, and he yanks down with the unforgiving nature of an owner teaching an unruly pit-bull to heel. Only he wasn’t too interested in holding Joey back, just getting in his face for so obviously avoiding the confrontation of his gangly approach. “Big words for a dumbass. Careful. You just might pull something.” Making it a point to pull on Joey’s jaw again, Frank digs his frost-bitten thumb into the skeleton-faced bastard’s cheek—a good enough grip to shove him backwards by the face. “When I ask you a question, I expect an answer this year.” There is no reprieve of the space Joey receives with Frank’s parting shove, because the Morrison kid is a relentless space hog, edging forward step by step to close the distance again. People often answered him quickly, otherwise he suffocated something out of them, given how he wouldn’t give them an inch to formulate a quite so intelligent response. “You took my mori, didn’tcha, Ratbastard?”
